Ordered some cylinder head goodies for my f20c. Mistakenly ordered a part I didn't need. I had no issues returning the part.

Wanted to buy a used set of floormats (1 even missing) but still I was getting what I needed. The price posted on the forum by James for $225 shipped. Contacted him again and changed the price to $400 plus shipping for same used incomplete set of floormats.

His explanation doesn't make any sense that he can't control the market. And that price increased, well James I understand on new incoming parts but not on used parts that were purchased few years ago and for incomplete set.

Please guys do yourself due diligence and shop elsewhere where the buisness has more integrity then trying to make a quick buck. It's like they operate on the covid19 practice where this guy would resell you hand sanitizer or tp for 4x the price.

Won't return money for 700 dollar part won't answer calls will be reporting to bbb and getting a lawyer to take to small claims order was placed under different name

This is a great company to deal with. They respond to your emails really fast and customer service is great. Had a shipping issue and it was fixed super fast. They even responded to my email after hours and that goes a long way with me. I will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends.

Spoke to James about a slightly annoying custom order of supertech's valvetrain components that I needed. He had me literally sorted in a day, with shipping confirmation in less than 36 hours. About a week later, one out of 96 components arrived in slightly sketchy condition. I had a replacement in my hands in fewer than 48 hours. This is excellent priced and above and beyond service. 10/10!

Absolutely amazing company can not fault in anyway so helpful from the start with advice and knowledge. Delivery was the quickest i ever known from america to uk. Highly reccomend and will definitely be using again.

Ordered a je proseal head gasket from them through eBay and eBay had not given an apt number I contacted them with an updated address and have yet to receive the item over a month and a half later called the shipping company part had been returned to sent address after emailing many times I’ve posted this bad review and have been harassed and given an ultimatum to take it down in order to receive my refund because originally I was just going to repurchase I’ve started to consult my lawyers very unprofessional in handling this matter and specifically the person I was dealing with was named James and has horrible customer service skills and thanks to them stretching out the ordeal I have missed a 3rd event
