IRagazzi Pizza, Cape Coral FL

I have no idea what's up with these people, everytime I go there the food is outstanding. I can't stand it! I have to go back again soon. Thank the Lord I live just about 7 or 8 houses away. FINALLY, a great restaurant near me.

43 dollars for a medium size pizza and one small sub! And I went and picked it up! If your going to charge that much the food should be some what authentic and not complete trash like what I got. The pizza was greasy, chewy, and barely had any chicken on it that I had to pay 2 extra dollars for. I’d be ashamed to call this Italian food…. Little Caesar’s is better than this, and their bottom of the barrel. I won’t order from this place ever again, freaking disgusting!

Amazing food! There was so much to choose from. Very quick service. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and comfortable, and decorated really cool. I love this place, me and my family will absolutely be coming back soon!

Pizza was delicious and even tried several types of desserts to share with the family. Slice of carrot cake, tiramu and canolli. Absolutely delicious

Horrible Customer service!
Special called beat the clock by so whatever time you call from 8: 00 and after that's how much the price of your pizza would be and I called exactly at 8: 00 and I was put on hold for about 13 minutes and was hung up on and was told by the lady manager that she never put me on hold and I never called her store.
I used to buy pizza from here all the time and now I will no longer purchase from this restaurant anymore they don't care about their customers they have horrible customer service

Not sure how their food is, but yesterday I almost got t-boned by one of their delivery drivers. He was speeding through a parking lot and ran a stop sign. After I stoped my car to avoid getting hit, he proceeded to raise his hands and flip off me and my children. Hire better delivery drivers, they’re giving you a bad name.

This is now our go-to place for Italian food. The stromboli and handmade pizzas are the best we have found so far. Wonderfully friendly staff and reasonably priced items. We will definitely be back.

The Calzone would make Sicily proud! Flavorful and huge! The sauce on the side was also very good! Great service too. I’m sad we didn’t try the pizza but I’m sure it’s amazing!

They make a great pizza, though they are a little pricey. Also, charge $5 for delivery, to take longer. If you are charging, should be a similar service time.

Good food, though.

Worst service I've ever had. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 min for just one pizza. Then they waited until about an hour to tell me they didn't have one of my ingredients. A complete waste of time.

I have been a customer for many years. Only place I go for Italian pasta dishes. They have a wide delicious variety of subs and appetizers. Always take care of you and will even have the owner deliver late ar night to bring out a dish which was omitted. I WAS extremely impressed by this dedication. Give them a try your mouth will be glad you did.

What a joke. Not once, not twice but 3 times they messed up my order. 2.5 HOURS to finally get it straight. Canceled the order. If you don't mind the phone calls, texting n nasty attitude from counter girl explaining what is wrong this time THEN THIS YOUR PLACE lol

Even 1 star is too much when your delivery guy shows up almost 2 hours after you order with the wrong food! Best part is, he didn’t even realize it! Pretty sure the stop before ours just got 3 large pizzas. Only thing left was a house full of hungry kids waiting for 3 large pizzas that never came. A phone call to the store ended with little results. Simply a we don’t care apology and a “we won’t charge your card”. Not worth the hassle, stay away. Won’t order from here again. So you credit my card and still charge me $2.00! Ridiculous!

$50 worth of pizza and it’s over 45mins late from the quoted delivery time. Lady did not even off a coupon just said they only had two delivery drivers.

I had no idea that they make aMaZiNg desserts too! That tiramisu and carrot cake was so delicious - I would have paid double for it!

Best pizza around. IF they ever deliver it. More than once they just lost orders and never showed up. The recipes are the best. The ownership and therefore management are the WORST. They are banned from my house and bank account.

The pizza and food was very fresh and tasted delicious. It is the closest to NY/NJ pizza that we coukd find in the area. The service has been excellent and the owner always gives us an extra treat or any discount available which means a lot that they appreciate the business.

Wow. If you were to browse my reviews you would quickly notice there are VERY FEW negatives, at all. This is the first restaurant for which I'm leaving a bad review and if ever there was a qualifier: I'm leaving this bitter rating, having not even placed an order.
So, I walk in and I should have known immediately that there would be issues. All I wanted to say was, "Could I please look at a menu? " This turned out to be quite the undertaking and for no other reason than the (young) woman working the counter was clearly running on pure, "adrenaline, " and in such a rush that, even having made 3 attempts at my request, I never was able to verbalize an entire sentence without being cutoff / interrupted.

I apologize to ownership, because I should be mature enough to process/handle the frustration and still leave with a sample, but did not.

After 4 1/2 and two deliveries I had 5 missing items the first order which took almost 2 hours. Then I call and I reorder and they give me a free dessert and it comes like this. After spending tons of money with this restaurant I am very disappointed. I will be going back tomorrow to have this fixed! I’m disgusted they didn’t even check the quality of food they are sending out let alone making sure the order is correct. Absolutely vile.

Best pizza in cape hands down. I'm a long Island transplant and this is the closest I've gotten to home pizza. Worth the wait busy most of the time.
