1If you are a licensed private investigator - IRB is where it’s at! They are cost friendly, have tons of data that is not accessible elsewhere, and always come out on top. I have solved many cases thanks to IRB. They are great for finding individuals in NY and their information pretty up to date. Their customer service team is also great - they get back to you immediately if you have any questions and always are there to help explain any questions you have re: any searches conducted. Highly recommend to all PI’s this over the competitors or adding their searches to your bag of tricks. EDIT: The only thing I would add to this since I last posted is that, at least in my state, the data has been extremely off since 2020. It is still a good starting point but the address lookups are highly off! I’m not sure what happened there. Customer service is great though.
