Irby & Stutchman Vacuums, Orlando FL

I went in to get my Dyson fixed and unfortunately for the major back order from Dyson (over 3 months), my vacuum could not be fixed. I wasn't planning on buying a new vacuum that day but we really needed one. The owners (sorry, forgot their names), were honest and helpful. They tried to help me before having to charge me the $40 fee to see what is wrong with my vacuum but just like every other Dyson in there, you had to wait months for the parts from the manufacture and I can't go that long without vacuuming. But I do have to say I am loving my Sebo vacuum. It was more that I was expecting to pay but with 10 year warranty on parts and labor, and it is expected to last 20 years, I couldn't pass it up. Also, it is made in Germany and not China so the the quality is better! I recommend Irby & Stutchman if you need help with your vacuum or need to buy a new one!

Walked in with a non functional Dyson and walked out with a fully functional unit in 15 minutes. Awesome!

10/10 experience. I went in to check out the Sebo D4 and Sebo E3. Both owners/employees were very attentive and they gave me more information that I knew to even ask They let me try both machines, asked about my home (sq.footage, floor type, etc.) so they were really helpful in deciding which type of machine would be best for me and my needs. For some reason, I kind of liked how the D4 looked; however, they suggested the E3 for me and felt I would be happier. I felt this was genuine as the D4 is $300-$400 more expensive and they didn't try to get me to just buy this one. So, I returned the next day and purchased the E3. Couldn't be happier with it. If you're in the market for a vacuum or aren't sure if you want to spend more than a few hundred dollars on a vacuum, buying a Sebo or Miele is an investment but they will last longer and save you money in the long run. They clean better, filter better, and will last a long time. I'll definitely return to this location for any needs.

My Brissel has been in their hands for going on now 6 weeks. I’m sick and tired of trying to get an answer of what’s going on. I understand they need to wait for Brissel, but why is it Every time I call, I’m given another reason why it’s not done. And told I’ll be called or texted back by a certain time. It’s Saturday, I was due for a “text” since Wednesday. Unless you want a headache stir clear.

We are so grateful we purchased our vacuum cleaner from Jonny & Jennifer at Irby & Stuchman. They offer a tremendous customer service experience through timely service appointments, good communication, honest updates on products and manufacturing and overall trustworthy work that is always above par. When shopping for a vacuum that can stand the test of time I spoke with others who feel the same way about purchasing their vacuum from them again in the future. You can't beat one stop shopping to purchase and repair and they are loyal to their customers. I highly recommend Irby & Stuchman!

After buying a new Miele vacuum cleaner in 2018 and then buying an old one vacuum from them to use in the garage we are thrilled with the products and customer service. Three years later we have moved out of state and are still doing business with Irby & Stutchman. Wow, do they go above and beyond to take good care of us.

I have purchased three Riccar vacuums from Irby & Stutchman since 1996. As one vacuum aged out, it was relegated to vacuum our screened-in porch. My current Riccar was purchased in 2011 when we installed new carpet throughout the house. At that time we had two dogs and being able to vacuum the pet hair up efficiently was mandatory for the new carpet. I have this vacuum service every couple years, and it still works like new. The staff and service at Irby & Stutchman are knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer any question I have. I whole-heartedly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed!

I took my Hoover carpet cleaner to them, thinking I had a major problem. They explained my problem and did not charge me. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

Love this place and the wonderful owners! The most knowledgeable and helpful shop ever! Got my first vacuum there 10 years ago and still works like new. Even though I moved out of state, I still ordered another vacuum from their website, as well as their fantastic cleaning products.
