17Amazing place.whats not to love about this sweet couple.reasonable, friendly parts in stock.used parts reasonable.easy access across from publix on 49st.n.
Worst customer service ever. I came in to get my tires pumped and was straight off ignored by the lady and then yelled and screamed at by the the lunatic owner because i didn't know how to put a nozzle on. Left with a really bad feeling. Dont understand how anyone can talk to their customers like that.
My non-vintage bicycle had a slow leak in the rear tire. The right handlebar grip was slipping off the handle, too. Noel replaced the tube of the tire, and moved the grip back into place. I had walked the bike to their store and left it. I left and walked for exercise and to conduct photography of the neighborhood birds. Around 45 minutes later I received a call that the bicycle was ready for pick-up. I did not expect such a quick turn-around!
Mary processed the payment and provided a receipt identifying the work completed, the cost for labor, materials and tax along with a business card.
Really helpful family owned shop. Warm, friendly, and educational staff. This shop specializes in older bikes and restoration. Really busy so you might want to call ahead and make an appointment. Will definitely return here to do business.
Mary & Noel are salt of the earth, and if you are lucky enough to know them, you probably have had the pleasure of visiting this awesome shop! Both of the owners are pros at customizing and restoring bicycles of all types including vintage bikes. They both have the biggest hearts, and they treat everyone like family which I love! They offer speedy and excellent quality service with smiles. They got word of a family whose house burned down causing the family to lose everything, and they surprised the children with the coolest, customized bikes I have ever seen in my life! Just talking about iRide, Mary & Noel makes my heart smile. Go visit their shop-Trust me!
I was there before the pandemic for a bicycle and nobody greeted me or asked " how may I help you? I left the store that day and I haven't returned.
Mary and Noel exceeded my expectations! I'm very new to biking and was trying to replace the tube in the back tire. Mary had the patience to explain the entire process and had me do it myself so I could learn! Will definitely be coming back for all my biking needs. Highest recommendation - yall made my day!
One of the more interesting bike shops I've found in the area. Very helpful with classics to drool over
Thank you for the most recent tune up and axel replacement. The old bike is riding like new! Always enjoy doing business with you!
I bought an old Schwinn 10 speed from someone on line, it was pretty tired mechanically. The folks at iride did a tune-up replaced worn out parts at a very reasonable price. Great business.
Love this place. Very well priced and friendly owners. The owners are so kind and have the cutest doggos in the shop. Definitely recommend for all of your bike needs!
Quick, cheap and honest. Went above and beyond to help me even with low funds. Great shop and 10/10 recommend.
Best in town, honest and fair priced. I was taken care of within the same day even considering how busy they were. Thanks.
My experience that this bicycle shop was top-notch! Everytime i come there they are helping me way before i even realize that they are! I love the friendly experience that I have every time i step in the door also! Even if i leave without what i came to get I still leave with a smile on my face and the knowledge of where to get what I came there for or the time and or date of when I can return to get the item! Nothing but good to say about Iride Bikes and i will return to make sure this one of a kind gem stays open for more people to experience for years to come! Thank you all and keep up the great service that all the large corporate chain bike shops coukd never offer! Your loyal customer,

I was told it would take a few day to have a tube put in my tire. There wasn't a mechanic on site.
Came here with a flat front tire and asked to purchase a tube and have them change it, well they only had one guy working so he was swamped understandably so I was like cool I Change it myself. Well dude wouldn't even let me borrow an adjustable wrench. So wouldn't take me bc they were too busy nor would they loan me a tool so I could help myself. That's poor customer service!
