Irie Island Eats, Marathon FL

It might just be me, and that’s ok, but not my favorite. We had a mix of things from the pork, beef, and chicken tacos and even tried the Korean tacos and kimchi. The cilantro sauce is mostly mayonnaise. The coconut rice is so so, fry, mostly flavorless. A good cleaning of all tables would be welcome. For an afternoon snack picked up a salsa that I had to be told twice it was hot. Pineapple mango hot salsa. Almost no mango and no pineapple. Also, not hot, by any standards, mostly onion, and tomato. We went because all the reviews. Sadly, just not worth going to.

Wow - what a delicious lunch! And so much food! Put this on your to-do list if you’re in Marathon!

My husband and I went here twice so far during our one week vacation here! Might even go again. Portions are huge, great price for the amount of food you get. Food is soooo good. I loved the ahi tuna bowl. My husbands favorite are the ribs. Highly recommend!

This is the best food we have had all week. This is a must-see and experience place to be. It will be a new tradition for us.

Back a year later and just as good as the first-time.

Love this spot. Went back for the first time in a few years in December '22 and it was as remembered. The menu is eclectic with tastes from all over. Kimchee was spot on. Vegan and Vegetarian options. Outdoor seating is fun for the family. One of the more unique spots in Marathon!

Like a wonderful Florida fever dream. Multiple tables and couches scattered through lush greenery. The food’s amazing. Try the tuna avocado kimchi salad.

Such good food! We loved their offerings as a quick lunch option while in marathon. The food was fresh and they had a great menu.

After watching diner's drivings and dives, I had to check it out.

Food was phenomenal! Great taste, fresh and healthy portions.

After trying many other restaurants in the area, this place has the most unique and best tasting food in all of Marathon. I highly recommend anything with their tuna poké (not pictured but it was my favorite). The Kalua pork was also excellent if you don't like fish.
The pricing is also the most reasonable out of everywhere as well, especially given how much food they give you!

On vacation and gave it a try. Wish we had tried earlier! Awesome food and great people! See you next year and more than once!

I can’t say enough about this place! I absolutely love this. So many delicious food choices, chill vibe & friendly people! My go to every time I visit the Keys!

Hidden gem taco joint tucked in behind a fresh produce stand. Fresh tasty food served from permanently parked food truck in the tropical shade. Full of good funny vibes, good tunes, and of course it won't be The Keys without some chickens running around. Also, menu and kitchen cater to gluten sensitive eaters (thank you!)

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our meal here was a top highlight for everyone. Be sure to visit!

A great little hide away restaurant with delicious meals. I'm a local and my wife and I love this place. Always very good food and island cafe vibe that makes you feel like you're out on a carribean island. Their hours are 11am - 4pm.

A great local local eatery tucked away under Florida's finest foliage. My family of five did not have to wait long to get food, pictured are the island style pork tacos with coconut rice which I highly recommend. The menus were large and visible, and any questions that we had were answered by the helpful staff. There are also lots of happy chickens running around

Best chicken quesadilla anywhere. I always get it to go, they give you 3 different dipping sauces and its just perfection.

Excellent. Good, fresh, and carefully made meals. Fair priced for portions. One of the best options for a fulfilling bite in the Keys. Just would really like to see a less sugar/sweet option on their meals. Like maybe raw honey in the soy sauce instead of sugar. Ordered more than one of their dishes but always noticed sugar present. Also, it would be nice if they made a homemade Caribbean hot sauce that does not have sugar or food coloring in it like some of the bottled sauces that they have of popular branded sauces —Just a suggestion. Nonetheless, great!

Best meals and coolest place around. Absolute must stop! Fresh but not fast. Hang out and enjoy the scene.
