Isabelle’s Grill Room and Garden, Miami FL

Went there for breakfast. The food and services were both extremely disappointing. Half of the omelette I ordered was very salty and half was not salty at all. The potato was not good either. The service was terrible-after eating the salty omelette, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for a water refill. The outdoor dining area was not very clean. Overall, it was not a good experience and doesn’t worth the money.

Food is incredible. Isabella’s is Perfect for a date, business meeting, lunch or solo. The Breakfast is delicious and they have a huge variety of options from waffles, pancakes to steak and eggs to a chia pudding.
They even have Gluten free toast.
Service is terrific.
Tables are spaced out. There is outdoor and indoor seating. And ambiance is great.

Isabelle's is one of those places that you fall in love with from the moment you enter, the very beautiful decoration with a spectacular terrace, the excellent service and the very good dishes, recommended to go for a coffee and feel that you are outside of Miami, More about my visit in my Instagram travel_a_for_coffee

This is a beautiful spot for breakfast. Lovely garden outdoor seating. Excellent staff and very accommodating kitchen to make breakfast just as you like it.

Isabelle's at Ritz Carlton, Coconut Grove provides excellent service and delectable food! From the moment you step in you're greeted with warmth and attention.
The menu offers a wide variety of options, including eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, waffles and pancakes.
I tried the steak and eggs along with the pancakes and waffles and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

I went here this past weekend to end my birthday weekend and was extremely disappointed in the food I was served. When you hear of a restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton you expect quality. I felt like I was served continental breakfast compared to it being buffet style. I had a nice server who was trying her best to make it a nice experience, outside was pretty but closed because of weather and the Alice in wonderland drinks were pleasant which got them the two stars. I was served French toast that is pictured on here in the reviews and everything on it was melted I had to ask the server to take it back so that I can get a fresh order and somehow it came back cold minutes later. We were a party of five and despite ordering different dishes everything was cold and nasty. When I spoke to the manager at the end after paying he tried to ask for me to come back but I would never come back after spending over $135 for two people. After I spoke to the manager two other parties came up to complain about the food as well so it wasn't just our table. I saw a big sign promoting their mother's Day brunch please do not bring your mom here if you like her even a little bit. There are plenty of other restaurants in Miami that is worth your money and your time. Just trying to save someone else from disappointment.

Beautiful terrace - lounge, inside the hotel “The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove” every day they offer specials, on Mondays martinis $10 usd for example. Breakfast well served, elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Quality coffee. Very friendly service from the staff. Consider that the prices correspond to those of a maximum luxury hotel.

Nice place, friendly staff, quality food. The only reason I gave 4 star because I think it's overpriced.

Firstly, the bar ran out of 3 different kinds of beer we were drinking? What kind of bar in a 5 star hotel runs out pf beer? In addition there was an obnoxious atmosphere which was solidified by the manager and his rude staff!
Once he began the rudeness, my party politely asked his name. He refused and not only did he refuse to give his name when we began asking the name of his supervisor, he attempted to hide his name tag and refused to give his supervisors name. I spoke with the front desk and found out from senior staff this was not his first offense with guests! They have had multiple issues! Beware and spend money elsewhere! Hakin Oggad and his server Christian should be fired for his incredibly rude behavior and ruining of the environment. We had a party of 8, WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I was not impressed. The ambience is nice enough. The service was spotty. My coffee was cold and French toast was also cold. It was supposed to be French toast in a skillet. I guess they keep the skillets in the freezer. Although it is at the Ritz Carlton, I had the worst OJ in the state of Florida.

The space is beautiful and lives up to being in the Ritz!
I had brunch here and my only complaint is that my açaí bowl was pretty soupy - they brought everything out together and I think it must not have been timed right.
The banana nut bread is a mini loaf and is baked to order (which we didn’t realize) so I think this made the food take longer than expected to come out, but the banana bread was really amazing, and I’ve had lots of banana bread from fresh bananas in Hawaii!

I’d recommend ordering a banana bread for the table and one to go, but say that the other food should come out first if it’s ready.

Amazing place, the food is out of this world, the cocktails are delicious, such a great team, Mr Hakin and Chris took a really good care of us. This place deserves 10 stars ️
