Islamorada Fish Company reviews
16White male manager was extremely rude and racist. He should learn how to treat customers who drive his business coming back week after week. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be embarrassed infront of others. Extremely disappointed.
Atmosphere was great, but the food was lackluster and overpriced. Service was mediocre and even had extra charges on our bill.
Had no choice but to sit outside. The rice was under cooked and crunchy. The key lime pie was more like pudding.
Excellent food and spectacular views of the ocean. I would recommend going even in a hot day, since they have high velocity fans that blow on you.
Love Islamorada Fish Company.
If visiting the Florida Keys this is exactly what I would expect.
Very beautiful place with an extraordinary landscape, mainly at sunset, delicious food and they have a fire man show at sunset
The fresh great seafood was one of my main highlights of coming to the Keys and we had some great one, just not here. Had the other meals at marinas and fish markets too by the water. This one had the only bland seafood I had, no flavors. Service was fine.
I felt the fish very very dry and lacking in flavor. The attention is very good, but the place needs more fans, it is very hot.
Everything was perfect.location, Food, service from our server Neveda i think?
seafood was really amazing.the only downpoint was the Hostess.she seemed too busy on her phone!
we arrived, she was on her phone, sitting, looked up, did not say hello, looked back down to her phone and asked us. How many?
all while looking at her phone!
Then she sat us, nit saying anything, and went back to her seat and her phone.other than that.everything was perfect!
You truly cannot beat the view here at Islamorada fish company. They had nice live music that helped create a relaxing atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Server was great, always checking in on us, and helped answer any questions we had and provided recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!
Staff were all super friendly and attentive. Our server Tanisha helped me decide on my dish and she was very informative. The atmosphere was wonderful. We were hoping to catch the sunset and we ended up with a front row seat to the end of it (and someone's great fire breathing show was finishing up when we got there too so we caught some of that). Never been here before so the whole place really exceeded my expectations for a typical Seafood restaurant.
The signature salad with the coconut poppyseed dressing is a must! I ordered a half with no meats added and it was so good! Maybe the highlight of the meal honestly.
I had fresh caught grouper grilled in key lime butter with rice and.veggies and my boyfriend had the filet mignon. They were both delicious.
This place used to be great, some items still are. The fish of the day sandwich is still pretty good. The whole yellowtail is OK. Burger meh, fish and chips meh. Fries and some of the fish were over cooked, burger was mostly cold by time it came out. Dessert was still great.
As good as you can expect from a casual fish retaurant. Right by the sea, casual, open air.a tad chaotic but the staff has a pleasant hold of the chaos. Food arrives on time, drinks are replenished:) must visit om Islamorada.
It is excellent, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their fresh wahoo was overcooked and therefore very dry. Otherwise excellent. Have had their mahi and coconut shrimp, both were excellent.
Beautiful views, great service, and an all-inclusive family feel is what made this restaurant a gem. I'm not a big seafood guy myself. Oysters were good, the main dish was fine (I'm sure i could have chosen something better), and desserts were better. Sunset was stunning, and it was definitely a spot a local visits often or a spot a visitor should come and checkout.
