5I highly recommend this company. The rental we had was beautiful, clean, and well-priced. Our communication with the office was wonderful—they provided all needed information before arrival and were always on hold when we needed them, with a very quick response and resolution. We were truly happy with their service.
I’ve dealt with Island Breeze twice and both experiences have been fantastic. Full disclaimer, In both cases we haven’t been able to complete a stay (thanks Covid) so my review is solely based on the interaction with the staff, specifically Sandy.
The customer service is top notch, and you can’t get anymore responsive. Highly recommend reaching out to them when looking for a rental in Marathon.

We stayed in the Gulfpointe I condo community in Marathon for the week. I will never rent from AirBnB or VRBO when there are small companies who will give you much better service and don't include all the fees of the big names. Island Breeze was prompt with their communication, their concierge grocery service made arrival day so much simpler, and their Welcome Kit in the rental was honestly more than we needed for the entire week. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great vacation in the Keys! Thank you!
We have had Island Breeze managing our Keys property (La Casa Iguana) for over 5 years and could not be happier. From initial rental launch in May 2017, Hurricane Irma prep and recovery, advice regarding what amenities to include and not to include at the property, rental pricing, guest satisfaction and suggested improvements. Island Breeze has become more of a partnership than a client/manager relationship. We thank Jo Grego and her entire staff from housekeeping to bookkeeping for a great professional experience.
