Island Dolphin Care, Key Largo FL

Danielle and team are wonderful! This place is a must see if you have children. The time spent was therapeutic and a great experience for our family!

Visiting Island Dolphin Care was the best part of our trip to Key Largo! We did the Tour ($20 per person) and Meet the Pod ($100 pp) experience. On the tour, we learned about the facility, program history, therapy services, and dolphin care. On the Meet, we got to see up close how the trainer and dolphin interact and be involved ourselves (giving belly rubs, commands, and fish treats).

My husband and I went for the tour. Our guide was very kind and super knowledgeable. We got to see the facility and all of the dolphins along with hearing about the wonderful work they do. It is a perfect way to donate to a great organization. I loved it!

Today we were able to look at the inspiring work of Island Dolphin Care. We were warmly welcomed by Missy, who explained everything to us brilliantly and answered all of our questions patiently and in detail. Our children had a meeting with the dolphins and absolutely loved it. Anyone interested in meeting authentic dolphins will go home with a happy experience. An absolute recommendation! A big thank you to Missy, the trainers and the whole team.
