It was a very good experience working with Joey, the tech, really knew what he was doing. He figured out what was the problem and fixed it, but one of the problems was a manufacturing defect. He helped me to talk to them do u can have a new caleta for the garage door system. Other than that, it was very good.

Terrible customer service, paid for the door in full and it's weeks with no door and no response when I'll get my garage door.

I had Island out to install new track to make my garage door to open up like a bay door opening up the ceiling. The new motor went out almost a year later. They came back and replaced the motor and honored their parts and service. As a business owner this was wonderful customer service. I was also very pleased with their scheduling and follow up during the sales portion. Pricing was fair. I would recommend this company.
