Confortable location with plenty of parking too.

Very close to the sea, ideal to enjoy and save time but very disorganized by those in charge of maintaining order and information on how the boarding and disembarking ramp works, I think that to be one of the most desired ramps they should be reorganized or expanded

Staffers Amy and Atlantis were amazing hosts, boat captains, and more! I highly recommend booking with them. They took our large group of 30 on a catamaran to a sandbar off islamorada to hang out. They were super friendly, fun, and helpful. They took great care of us, telling us about the area and how to stay safe, setting up floaties on anchors, pouring us drinks and even bringing us fresh fruit on a platter in the water!

They have one employee who is rude, destroys people’s properties, and threatens people. He is a bully to customers and tries to start fights with random strangers. They need to get rid of him but he gives them an awful reputation.

I work for Trademark Roofing and have used Island Girl Charters numerous times to get to North Cpativa Island. They are awesome and extremely friendly. Captain Jesse is always very personable and it's obvious that he cares about the experience of each customer using the charter. I have booked in advance and at the very last minute and they have always been very accommodating for me. I highly recommend Island Girl Charters!

Captains Tim, Jessie, and Brian are all top quality boat captains. Mates John and Jimmy are always helpful and quick to load and unload the boat. If you get lucky, the captain may spot a dolphin in the sound, and get them to do some wake surfing behind the boat. We've been using Island Girl for over 20 years, and they've always been reliable and friendly.

It was the 1st time delivering food to the ferry.these guys have it down.everyone is positive and in good spirits. Makes my heart happy

Such a great charter! Everyone was so friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable.
From the ladies at the gift shop counter and reservations seat to the gentlemen who drove the boat to North Captiva Island.
Could not ask for a better charter ride.
The captain, I can remember his name but I will call him Sammy because he reminded me so much of Sammy Hagar. He was great. Talked to us along the trip and told us about the things we saw. Like some of the old cabins that we’re used back in the day by the workers of the fishing company.
He asked if we had made plans to get a golf cart while on the island. We never really thought about it but he said it would be a good idea because it’s a lot of walking especially with a 4 year old that was traveling with us.
So he gave us the name and number of the guy who has golf carts.
He also told us about Mangos and the different beaches to see.
We realized that we had used them before when we visited about 7 yrs ago.

My family and I took the Charter. We saw Cabbage key and off we went to Captiva. With that said the captain gave us two times to get back on. We enjoyed ourselves and haven't see my family in a long time. The captain got very expressive with a flip off and said you should have told me. And was very angry. That's away to run a business. This upsets are good time. Wow great. Grrrrrr

This was a great experience from start to finish. Captain Tim and John were both extremely professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish! We had a party on nine with teenagers through seniors and the crew made sure everyone was safe, comfortable and having fun. We went to Boca Grande from N. Captiva for a day trip.

Tim made sure we got to see plenty of dolphins (full disclosure: there is no guarantee due to the unpredictable nature of wildlife lol), but in as much as he could control he knew just how to use the boat to get the dolphins to play in the wake. At one point we had three dolphins trailing us and playing in the wake.

First Mate John made sure everyone had good views and was comfortable. He also had an in depth knowledge of the sea life that we would encounter.

The boat was clean (almost spotless) and had all safety items present and put in their place: neat and orderly.

Bottom line: I recommend this charter service with the highest rating!

This is a great company with friendly staff and some fun ferry captains and first mates. Definitely recommend using Island Girl Charters!

The service was excellent. From check in to departure the staff and crew made sure we were comfortable and safe. The check-in was easy for our 5pm departure from Pineland. We dropped off our luggage and groceries at the white tent near the ferry and parked in a lot across the street. A gentleman picked up our entire group on a 6 person golf cart. In total less than 10 minutes for everything. The ride was smooth on their well maintained boat. We loved N. Captiva island and would not hesitate to recommend Island Girl to friends for the ferry over.

Hubby and i had a great day! If you have the time, go to cabbage key for lunch, a stroll and climb the water tower (not that difficult) for great views. Then be sure to rent a golf cart at Captiva from Island Golf Carts. Lucas was great! The beach he took us to was beyond perfect! Thanks, captain Jesse for the advice and great job!

We booked a private boat charter with Island Girl Charter in order to meet an early flight time. The private charter never showed and we missed our flights. The incident cost me over $1300 and after several attempts to contact and resolve I have not heard anything from them. Highly recommend you use a different charter boat company.

DO NOT use this company. They can not be trusted to show up and you will be stranded. They stranded our party on North Captiva and then refused to reimburse us for expenses incurred due to missed flights and work.
