I can't say enough positive things about Island Life Animal Hospital. From the moment I walked through the door, the warm and caring atmosphere put both my dog and I at ease. The staff was not only highly professional but also genuinely compassionate, making our first visit here a very pleasant experience.

The minute they heard that my dog was having issues with his eyes, they immediately scheduled him in that very afternoon. We checked in, waited just a few minutes in the lobby and then were brought back to an exam room. The entire appointment was super smooth and time efficient.

Jordyn, our veterinary technician, was absolutley exceptional. She helped make Loki feel comfortable and when she brought him back after his exam, he arrived with a happy, wagging tail.

Dr. Sherry took her time to thoroughly explain any concerns and procedures, ensuring I fully understood my dog’s health needs. Her expertise was evident, and I trust her implicitly with the well-being of my fur baby.

For me, everyone involved was a true testament to the clinic’s commitment to the well-being of animals, providing comfort and peace of mind to pet owners. Dr. Gallo and her staff are wonderful. My two Siberian sibling kitties are just over one year old and it was time for their feline distemper vaccine and rabies shots. As soon as we arrived staff immediately placed us in a room so they weren't stressed. Dr. Gallo's tech Nick came in and his personality was exactly what I'd hope for, calming and gentle. I was pleasantly surprised that they never removed the kittens from the exam room. They also offer to register the cats to the county so it's all hands off for me yah! Dr. Gallo is such a warm person, exactly what one would hope for their fur babies doctor. Lastly, the staff communicates via email and text too which makes everything that much more convenient! Thank you Dr. Gallo and team:) P. S. My kittens didn't flinch a whisker while receiving their exam or shots! They were calm the entire time thanks to Dr. G and Nick's personality. My kids were taking videos and photos so thanks to them I have some to share here:)

Being a first time puppy owner my first visit to Island Life Animal Hospital was so comforting. The vet took the time to answer all my questions and prepared me for the next few months. Their welcome kit came with lots of great information. So happy I picked Island Life Animal Hospital as my local vet.

We bought our 4 month old puppy for her first visit check up. Both Dr Pierce and the technician were wonderful. They put our puppy to ease and even though she is very shy, they made her feel at ease. We are happy we found Island Life Animal Hospital!

This husband and wife veterinary practice is hands down my favourite in this city. We moved into the US from another country and I honestly went thru a few vets, thankfully when they opened I tested them out and they were and still are a perfect fit. When we are down in St Pete Beach away from home and our regular vet we have found Island Life Animal Hospital to be top notch. Dr Pierce and staff are terrific and on a par with our vet back home they are caring and compassionate and trustworthy it’s not easy when you are away to find someone to care for whatever emergency or problem occurs with your beloved pet that you trust and I am so glad we found them
