Recently had to replace my old hatch tracks. The replacement ones were sent promptly, but didn't quite fit in (appears that we need the full length of tracks replaced). After a short and polite exchange of e-mails the full size was sent with no fee for return or extra shipping/handling. Very grateful for help and understanding of IPY personnel!
