Island Sands Condominiums, Fort Walton Beach FL

Waterfront condo in a small development. The building has only 3 stories, which we like. There is a short walkway to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and a pool w/bathroom facilities. There are ground floor units and assigned parking. There is no elevator.

There is everything you need on the white sand and the delicious beach, and if you want to be comfortable like home, you don't need a big mansion, and this cozy place is the best. If I have a chance, I would like to come every year

We enjoyed our stay. This is our 2nd time at condo #106. Clean, cute convenient location. Owner accommodating and helpful. Owner’s daughter also helped us get into our condo because code was not working. Our concern was the construction on the beach side of condo. We knew sliding doors had some covering and totally blocked. Once arriving at condo we realized this represents a fire hazard. Only one exit if a fire were to occur. Law states there must be two exits. In my opinion Island Sands should not be occupied until construction is completed for fire safety reasons.
