HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. The crew was outstanding and very kind. We did the sunset cruise and the dolphin snorkeling. There wasn't a lack of dolphins. The sunset was glorious. It was the perfect sail for our Honeymoon.

Fantastic tour. The crew really took care of us. They kept asking if we needed anything. They even offered to help me with my special needs daughter. They were a lot of fun and very polite.

Highly recommend a sunset cruise with Island Time Sailing. The crew was great, the service was attentive and the rum punch was delicious! We saw so many dolphins and the sunset was just amazing! The boat is huge and comfy and does not feel overcrowded and I appreciated the fact that there were bathrooms on board as well. Take a cruise with Island Time Sailing you won't be disappointed!

We booked the dolphin watch and sunset cruise for 14 people. One in our party has a medical service dog. They refused to allow the dog on the boat. Based on FL law, this is illegal. Needless to say, we demanded a full refund! Nit happy!

In spite of Florida law, they refused service to our friends medical service dog. After going round and round with them, they finally agreed to refund the group IN 5-10 days! If they aren’t going to follow ADA they need to list that on their website. They need to post No Service Dogs allowed on their web site.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Boat was clean and well maintained. Bluetooth radio was inop. They offered a different boat and we declined. Other than that, excellent. And we will use them again.

They cancelled our trip at the last minute because they had 11 people booked and that’s below their minimum. They took the reservation so they should have honored their commitment even if 2 people booked. That’s terrible customer service. They’ve ruined our vacation day because they did it at the last minute so it’s not enough time to find something else. Why do you require customers give 24 hours notice to cancel but you think it’s acceptable to give your customers less notice than that for you to cancel?

We do a cruise with Island Time whenever we're at PCB and it's easily the highlight of our trip every time. We love the sunset dolphin cruise and the crew is always so amazing and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Loved every minute of our Live Music Sunset Cruise with Island Time Sailing! The captain and crew were wonderful and the view was amazing. Will definitely do this next time we are in Panama City, FL.

Went on the catamaran sunset sail and had a wonderful time, Captn and crew were excellent and the boat was spacious and fum. Rum punch was delicious and surprisingly inexpensive. Thanks Chris, Carter, and Emma we had a lovely cruise

We had an absolute best time on the Sunset Cruise with live music! The captain and crew were just great! The boat wasn’t crowded so you could move around as you’d like. We saw dolphins, deer on the banks of St Andrews and the sunset was amazing! I highly recommend!

We *almost* used another company at the suggestion someone who said the "the tours are all the same" but we are sure THEY ARE NOT! We were on the the Island Time with Capt Heath, Luke and Sarah and we are SO GLAD that's how it worked out. Our boat had a slide (one doesn't), paddle boards (inflatable), snorkel gear and, frankly, the best crew. Capt Heath knew to avoid the better snorkel spot because jelly activity was high, and took us to a place where we could have fun and relax for a while. We saw dolphins throughout the trip and the Capt was quick to point it out so everyone could see. In fact, the crew was very accommodating with several issues that cropped up on the trip to make sure no one's trip was negatively impacted. From crying babies to swimmers lacking confidence, they took it all in stride. Snacks are totally reasonable priced and made me (mom) feel so much better about not being able to pack snacks. DO NOT skip this trip. It was one of our best afternoons of our trip, and we're tough customers. Absolutely family friendly, and absolutely a don't-miss experience.

The snorkeling cruise was such a cool experience. Captain Heath, Carter and Sarah made it such an enjoyable experience! 10/10 would recommend!
