2Took care of everything for our November trip last year, and we've already paid for this year! Ended up going with Island Villas last year because another agency would never return our call, and it was the best decision! Agent was clear, and they were quick to help us.
Seas The Day rental on Atlantic Lane has a musty smell that's been covered up with air freshener. It's very obvious and sticks to your clothes. The rental manager was not cooperative in providing a refund for us. I am a 2 time cancer survivor and believe that musty smells come from mold. I absolutely will not stay in a place that could possibly harm myself or family. This place looks nice in photos and the decor is cute, but when you open the door the dirty floor mat and strong odor smack you in the face. It's like they put lipstick on a pig. Renters beware - I lost $12,000 on this place and Patti was only willing to return my deposit. They'll never get another rental from me or anyone I know.ever.
