9Bread was very hard & too toasted for our sandwich chicken in sandwich was dried bacon was over cooked
I just stopped for chicken soup to go. Flat, very salty, only little chicken, carrot & potato in it, not crackers, lots of noodles. I try soup everywhere, but never again here, at least for that. Place was crowded at 1: 30 pm. Employees wonderful.
I do not recommend it, the service was not efficient, I was very thirsty due to the delay in serving the water, the food did not taste very good, none of what we ordered was good. They must improve the quality of food and service. Many servants and bad service.
It's a really nice place, clean and tidy, above average food quality, customer service is good, Aimara took a good care of us. Background music excellent. Only minus is the fact that the manager were unreasonable strict when we asked to switch eggs for croquetas on my wife's combo, this is so stupid, other than that overall experience was positive.
One of our favorite restaurants. The food is always good, they treat you like family and the prices are very fair
Great taste, staff advice you the right quanty to order, quick and tasty. Unfortunately the parking was not easy, the city gave a contract to a company that is checking their devices to collect the the parking rate.
Worst service. Went to drive thru. Waited 30 minutes for sandwiches. Asked how long it would be 20 minutes in and they didn't know or care.
This is one of the best place that you can go have breakfast the service is great waiters a great management is great I am very happy and very satisfied
Truly one of the worst costumer service ever. Extremely unfortunate because the food is good but because of the lack of attentiveness and the amount of waiting, I’ll never come again. We waited 20 minutes for a server to come, then 15 minutes in order to get water. 40 minutes went by and we still had no bread that’s brought when you first sit down, we had to ask a bus boy for bread. We asked for the manager 4 different times to 4 different people and the manager never showed. After 1 whole hour and 15 minutes we received our food and ironically the manager finally came. Just to top it off a family of 4 sat next to us and within 30 minutes they were done eating, they came and went while we were there waiting. Horrible experience, would never recommend.
