I really cannot express how great the staff is here at Istorage! We had a unit there for 3 years. They were great from the time we got the unit til the time we left. We had some personal issues which they handled with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Special thanks to Patricia.

My husband and I are relocating to the beach and needed a unit to store a few items. Patricia helped us secure a better unit that met our need and followed up with us the next day to make sure we were all set to move in. The location is perfect for anyone near the beaches!

Great location, price, and service!
I have rented a space here for over a year, the facility is very nice and clean, and their auto-payment system makes it very easy to handle rent. Every interaction that I have had with iStorage has been very pleasant.

Last month I decided that I needed a larger storage unit, and they were great at finding me something that would work for me as a space, and within my budget. They also helped me out during the transition from one unit to the new unit (since it was mid-month), which was GREAT!

As the time to officially vacate from my old unit approached, I was called away on business. The only time that I would have to check-out of my old unit was on a Sunday (when the office was closed). I had already given them prior notice, but I was not going to be in town when I needed to officially check out. I was anticipating having some issues with this, and I was going to be on the West Coast. I cleaned out my old unit, and left a note at the office and just hoped for the best…

When I landed in California early the next Monday morning, I had an email from iStorage Seminole letting me know that I had officially vacated my old unit, and everything was all set! I was completely relieved, and they took care of me without any hassle.

Edit: I have moved and no longer needed the storage unit. They were also super nice when I checked out of my unit. No gouging or hassle, just another trouble free experience and no unforeseen expenses or run around. Great place and staff!

All in all, I am one happy camper!

I have been leasing a storage unit at the Seminole, Fl iStorage facility located on Park Blvd for several years. I recommend this facility for anyone needing additional storage. In particular I would like to compliment Shawn and Patricia who are on site and manage the facility daily. Highly recommend istorage in Seminole. Prices are competitive but there customer service is Fantastic!

Agent assisting prompted the $15 insurance and pointed to the signature to accept it. If you have home or renters insurance you don’t need this. Mentioned that “corporate encourages us to sell our insurance” and never mentioned you could
Opt out- I found from signing the contract. Be warned. Skeemy company initiative that they prompt the workers to not mention this.
