Needed a storage unit, stopped in and was greeted by Shelley and Barbara. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, 5 stars all the way.

The staff and management were awesome! From when I called from out of state to the day I moved in. Units are clean and covered rv sites are amazing!

Ask for Keri. She was awesome. This was my first experience with renting a storage unit. Keri was a great help. Facility is clean and well kept.

The office manager Tara was awesome! She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and finding the right size storage unit for me. The property was clean and the same for inside the few units I looked at. I feel a sense of relief keeping my belongings at this facility until I’m able to move into my new home. Thanks again Tara-you’re definitely an asset to your company.

I have been using iStorage for several years very happy with location and personal very nice and friendly. Price is very competitive and fair hope to be here for a while.

The lady named Tara she works there in the office wasn't rude she's a liar And there was a man sitting on a potty chair with his pants down taking a s*** outside during the day

Tara is the best and that is fitting because so is this storage facility. Everyone else there is cool too, not trying to crush souls over here. Affordable, convenient location and friendly staff, I would store my stuff here again in a heartbeat.

Respectfully, I was locked inside the premises TWICE in less than a week's time because NO ONE told me ANYTHING about THIS situation!
The 1st time, I was lucky that someone drove up to the gate code keypad on the OUTSIDE to let themselves in, but I kept asking, Tara, the PROPERTY MANAGER there, "Why was someone there AFTER 10: 00pm AND the WORST part of is, WHY did the gate OPEN AFTER 10: 00pm"? THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER, NEVER EVER HAVE HAPPENED! I NEVER got ANY response WHATSOEVER from Tara, OR from NO ONE ELSE FROM iSTORAGE staff! What the HELL is going on there is what I, myself, would like to know!? STILL AFTER a few weeks, I NEVER got ANY kind of response, phone call, email, OR NOTHING from Tara OR iStorage staff.
When I FIRST started renting from iStorage OVER 1 year ago, Keri was the Property Manager at THAT time before she transferred closer to her job approximately, in Apollo Beach. She told me at THAT time, that NO one can get in the gate AFTER 10: 00pm, nightly, but IF ANYONE is INSIDE the gate on the premises AFTER 10: 00pm, they can STILL get OUT, & I had no problem with that situation. Because I'm TRYING to go through my belongings to throw a LOT of stuff away, consolidate, readjust for MORE space, etc. Because I have things in OUR apartment that belongs back in my storage unit.
