Great service from start to finish. Eli was very patient and answered all our questions on choosing the type of flooring we wanted. The price was very good for the quality of product. The installation team was professional and worked to get the job done.

I hired It Is Finished to complete a reflooring of my home based on a referral from friends. We selected a vinyl flooring for most of the space and chose to do carpet in our living room and bedrooms in addition to getting new baseboards throughout the house. The attention to detail that Jason and Mike did for my hard flooring and the carpet crew did for the other areas is so appreciated. They were the most competitively priced and did great work.

Great company and excellent work quality. Jason and Mike are amazing, efficient, hardworking and great guys with easy-going personalities. Jason explained every step of the way as they worked on removing the carpet of the house. And they finished in a timely manner with a great quality looking floor and the waterproof vinyl we picked looks amazing on the floors, they redid most the whole upstairs and the living room in a matter of days, next time we need flooring work done we will ask for Jason and Mike again, such a great experience. So I highly recommend this company and especially Jason and Mike as your guys to do your flooring.

After this company came to my home and started installing the flooring sideways since their workers were half drunk. I've been battling their credit card company since they refused on refunding the money. I cancelled the contract with them and they took all the flooring and materials with them. I had to hired another company to do the flooring. Please DO NOT do business with this people and DO NOT used their credit card company.

It Is Finished removed all of the tile and carpet in our house and installed LVT flooring in less than a week, while we were out of town. They were excellent with communication throughout the entire process. We chose to go with It Is Finished, after receiving quotes from several other companies in the area, and they did not disappoint.

We recently had a small carpeting job and decided to give It Is Finished a try. We met with Adam in the showroom, selected our carpet and were given an install date of the following Monday.
The installers were Mark and Jason of Mark's Floors who did an amazing job in a very brief time.
The combination of knowledgeable sales people, excellent products at reasonable prices and expert installation was a winner for us. And we highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

I'm very disappointed by our experience with this company. For the first year and a half, we loved our hardwood engineered floors. This was a major purchase for us so we were excited when they were first installed. A year and half later, we started to get moisture spots under the wood in three different locations of the house. These grew in size over the next months. It took about 10 more months and repeated texts and phone calls before we could finally get anyone to come look at what was going on. At first, we were assured that a warranty claim would be started. Then, we were told that this was not a warranty issue - it was either something with our sprinkler system hitting the house or some other outside issue causing moisture under the concrete. I have since had two other opinions voicing potential product/installation issues. Before the installation occurred, we specifically voiced concerns about the amount of rain we receive and were never even given an option to consider paying for a concrete sealer. I have no proof that corners were cut on products or installation. But, the most disappointing aspect of all, after all of this happened, all communication has stopped. There was never any offer of "We will try and help you fix this", "This is what we can do for you". So, we are now going with a another company, buying thousands of dollars of all new flooring, paying for the demo and re-installation of a floor that is only 3 years old. We are very disappointed with the lack of integrity that this company has shown by ignoring us and not offering any solution. We are forced to spend an additional 20K to try and fix the damage and love our floors again.
