We call Fragtel Corp offices during a server crash emergency at 9: 00 PM, Last year, the project manager agree to open a emergency ticket for us, and he stayed with our team all the way. Was a really long week. Our company had to face some data loss, but they install a really robust crash and recovery plan for our server farm.
