ITALdoors, Miami FL

Purchase doors in September 2021, Conformed dimensions in December 2021. Promised delivery on March 16th. They demanded 100% payment before delivery, however, they have delivered only partiallly. Company is ignoring follow ups. I had to move in without the completed doors. Today April 20th, it is still bare studs around my house.

Can I have my complete order?

Their product is ok, but not really worth the price. You are getting nice looking compressed paper interior doors. However, their installer is the worst and clearly does whatever he wants in the company. Very poor communication skills, failed to inspect the walls around the doors and walked out thew job twice. Company even tried to blame me for not having leveled walls and claimed that they have never seen uneven walls in the years of experience. Right cause drywall is perfectly leveled! What a joke. They don't seem to have other installers so you will be at his mercy and the company does not bother fixing his problems. I had to wait an additional month for their installers mistake. Go somewhere else
