I began coming to WC on Lucerne over the past 5 months. I drive 1hr from New Smyrna Beach to Orlando and was hoping they were worth the trip.

This facility exemplifies the energy, warmth and professionalism that I like to see in a medical practice. I was made to feel appreciated and cared for, from the very first contact on the phone.

There is a common thread culture that radiates throughout the Women's Center. EVERY SINGLE CONTACT is consistently friendly and professional. I am a Mid Level provider and pay close attention to the tiny details of how I am treated as a patient and they have never failed me.

When you call the office, the receptionist that answers your call makes you feel like they are happy you called. When you arrive at the office, again, you are made to feel welcomed and treated with professionalism and a friendly smile.

When you meet the provider in the exam room, there is the same CONSISTENCY in care and compassion with every contact. I have been seen by 3 different providers: Dr. Johmson, Dr. Pena and NP Ivone Ernest and ALL visits have been Impeccably caring and respectful.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Women's Center to any patient who needs women's care. You will be treated with dignity and compassion.

Nurse practitioner Ernest was very thorough and knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns and was very welcoming. She took her time, did not make me feel rushed, and was open to any additional questions I may have had. This was my first visit with her and I have already scheduled my next appointment with her.

Absolutely love this place! I’m always seen just about my appt time and the staff is always very friendly and helpful when comes to any questions or concerns! Ivonne always gets straight to the point with issues if any and always addresses any concerns and what to expect as well as next visits and what’s happening throughout my pregnancy!
