Izziban Sushi and BBQ, Orlando FL

Would give a 5 star but I’m giving 4 stars because our server Jennifer was not attentive what so ever. We had to be helped by another server. Our cups were empty for majority of the time and she forgot to put in our order at some point.

I had never had the need to write something negative about the place, I have already eaten there many times since I live nearby, I like the quality and taste of the dresser, but today I attended with my family, we paid the menu of 39.99 per person and Unfortunately we were served by the worst waitress named Jennifer, when we sat down she had drinks and everything was fine, but when she heard us speak Spanish she began to treat us very badly, with a very bad attitude, she would get lost from the table, that is, she would spend a lot of time to let him go again and on several occasions he forgot our orders, the empty glasses of drinks, he does not care and look at the food he asked us if we were ready for the bill, a great lack of respect, he did not give the yogurt, we had to ask for them, and when she said goodbye she was totally rude! The only one who treated us well was a tall boy with a beard who I don't know his name but was more aware of the table than she was and was very kind, but the first time something like this happened to me in that restaurant, in general terms the food was delicious. As always, but if it takes a while which if it is meat they bring it quickly but if it is fish it takes a long time, but with it it took triple the time and also on occasions I did not bring the complete order because surely I did not write it down, I speak English and my wife so it was not due to lack of communication, she simply did not want to attend to us. If you don't want a bad experience, don't ask Jennifer.

So this place was new to me. I have always been going to the original Izziban on colonial but this place was just as good as their sister restaurant. It's a bit smaller but more than enough to still get your stomach full an satisfied. Highly recommended to go since the original is mostly packed and have to wait get seated.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that 18% gratuity is forced on the customer to serve themselves and cook their own food. For Korean, this is completely average.

1st time here. Absolutely Loved the all you can eat menu with so many options of food to try. Sushi, korean bbq, appitizers, salad bar and friendly service.

Horrible! Went with my brother and had to wait 10 minutes up front because there was no one to greet us. Sat down for 30 minutes and not 1 waiter came up to us. Not even for drinks! Wouldn’t suggest a visit there.

The guy at the front desk rude and didnt care. Made us wait in the front for 15 mins to tell us that he cant get us tonight bc the wait time was 2 hours and that will be at 10 and thats the last sitting.

The staffs are really helpful and nice. Only one thing if I pick, serving speed. If they can provide little faster, it would be the best place.

The restaurant is AMAZING. Very clean, chic, and welcoming. David is the absolute BEST when it comes to their staff. I come here quite often, and this was my first time getting him. He definitely went above and beyond as far as service. We had to wait for a bit as things got busier, and he was apologetic and kind, even though we definitely understand how crazy the service industry gets. We'll definitely see about requesting him when we go back.

The beef brisket tasted like over night. Can’t describe the taste of the beef, but it definitely not worthing for 130 dollars for 3 person (2adults and 1 kid) AND, there’s no Kimchi in Kabbalah restaurant? It’s gonna be my last time going to that place.

Will never go again. I went knowing the entry fee was $30 per person, figuring maybe that includes drinks and an enforced tip I'd usually pay anywhere else that they don't show upfront. Nope, it's extremely overpriced for average meats, $3 per soda, $15 per bottle of sake, and they force an 18% tip - the server only refilled my drink twice for the 2 hours we were there, definitely not $3 worth. In all, cost $104 for me and girlfriend. For the same price, you can buy enough food at the store to last weeks and you'd be able to make it taste better - the only seasoning they give is salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Wish I could have spent that money elsewhere.

The place is really nice and clean, staff is very friendly. You can go with family, friends or business lunch or dinner.

Great restaurant. We had a reservation and were missing one person. So be ready to wait until party is complete to be seated. Besides that everything on point. Make sure not to leave any food because you will be charged. Amazing experience.

Great cooking and socializing experience, but they must have been understaffed because the salad bar and fried rice, and sauces were not stocked. We were some of the last customers, but we paid just as much as everyone else, and should have access to the same quality and amount of food as everyone else.

That is my first time to write a review for my bad experience. If we just got the bad service ，food that doesn't taste good or dirty environment，that is fine. But we got iron wire like for wash dishes FROM THE TOFU. So you can imagine the hygiene of their kitchens and how the food is prepared.
After this meal I just pray I don't go to the hospital！！！The waiter simply apologized to us and did not offer any solution. He did not take the initiative to inquire about our situation. It was the only worst meal I've ever had！ Maybe they gave what they thought was a solution by giving them two more bottles of drinks. And maybe i should appreciate for that

The waiter we had was pretty friendly! But sometimes late to ask us if we needed anything had to flag down often. There was no bulgogi which I thought was a staple of Korean bbq. The spicy pork was a bunch of mush not recommended! I thought I was getting spicy pork belly which is another staple they did not have. Other than that good selection for the sides.
