Izziban Sushi & BBQ reviews
29Awful service.sat around for 10 minuets, someone said they would be with us and then never came back. Moved over to the bar and both people working it seemed to need to do everything else but help us. Waited 5 more minuets and then left.
Terrible waitress, rude, unprofessional, poorly operated. Waitress chilling with their co-workers when we needed things.
Tasty and fun! I would like to be able to rate it as a four and a half- our waiter freddy was amazing and the food was great. Not our first time going and definitely won't be the last.
Me and my boyfriend went to this location and our waiter only came and saw us once in 46 mins of waiting. We sat waiting for someone to come take our order again for over 20 mins, sitting without food or drink. We saw her wait on several other tables while completely ignoring us, which I assume is because gratuity is included and she knew she would get tipped anyway. The ONLY reason we got served again is because I had to get the attention of another server who then finally served us.
Spent almost$100.00 for my wife and I to have to cook lots of super fatty pork on a rubber covered grill. Colossal mistake, will not be back
I went fairly late on a Saturday evening. The place was packed and I was still seated within 15 minutes. This was my first time having all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ that is cooked at the table. All of the meats were really good quality. One of the meats was still frozen when it came to my table and my server took it back right away and got it changed out. He was super helpful for my first time trying Korean BBQ. It's pricey, but definitely fair considering you get so many different options for appetizers, meats, sides, nigiri, and sashimi. The only thing that could have made my experience just a little bit better were some more labels on some of the sides/sauces. Quite a few were labeled, but several were not. Overall, it didn't detract from my experience and I will definitely be coming back again.
Good food, great service. You'd better have a big appetite to make it worth the price considering you're doing the cooking. Could do with more dessert.
This place was amazing loved the food and loved their drinks especially the blushing geisha, I also highly recommend the Las Vegas sushi roll and the cow tongue
The place is a little pricey but worth it. It sits high and there's a great view of a lake that you can oversee which makes for beautiful pictures if you are outside or sit outdoors which is an option. The bar is shaped like a boat, very unique. You can order separate items from the menu or pay around $22 for all you can eat.it's definitely a great place for a date!
Food is good but service is bad, always get the chicken bento box sometimes it comes with certain items other times it doesn’t, they never explain just say it’s at chefs choice makes no sense lol
Coming from Virginia, this place blew me away! Meat was great, side selection was awesome, and the view of the water was spectacular
Enviroment is good the food is super garbage. Go to Asian markets around Orlando and you can buy everything that is on there menu frozen and ready to be microwaved.
I absolutely love the idea of the Korean bbq. I love that it’s all you can eat, I had a great time with my boyfriend and his family grilling food together. All around great experience, all though I do love sushi and their sushi tastes cheap, and wasn’t a fan. I still recommend this place 100% though. Go on an empty stomach!
Best to-go service ever! Super sweet even on a long Saturday night! You’ve gotta try this place, eat in or take out!
I like the food. Definitely worth the money. The view is also great especially on sunset. The service could be improved if the staff pays more attention especially the front desk but overall great experience.
Salad bar was a delightful bonus, staff were extremely helpful, and entrees came out perfect. Izza best
One of my favorite place in Orlando, the sushi is great and the staff is so friendly on point. The dinning experience is so beautiful here with lake view and fresh cooking idea you definitely should try this place when you’re here.
Very solid buffet experience. I've been here twice, and the one thing that you can be sure of is that you won't leave hungry. The experience that I had was $21.99 plus tip for all you can eat korean bbq, a limited sushi menu, and sides that include gyoza, krab rangoon, and fried rice. Great spot to go with large groups of people. It's a fun experience to cook with friends.
I'm usually not the biggest fan of having to cook food for myself when I go out to eat, but it's alleviated by the amount of sides that you can eat while you set up the raw meat on the hot surface to cook for a few minutes.
There's an "upgraded" menu that has an additional cost but an expanded sushi menu and meat menu.
I recommend checking this location out with a group of hungry friends.
I love this place it's all you can eat! The food is amazing! I celebrated my birthday there on the 19th. The staff was amazing. Parking is kind of crazy there on the weekends so try to get there early before 8pm. Their parking lot is kind of small and it's a popular place so plan to go early. During the weekday parking is a lot better so that could be something to think about as far as when to go. I will still be returning!
Love this place, gets busy on weekend nights because it's good. Make sure you go to Izziban hungry and get their all you can eat option. Unlimited sushi and unlimited meat, what more can I say? Go and find out. Have fun.
