Doc Judy and Staff are wonderful! I was in Lutz and moved to S. Tampa, my hometown, recently and I will make that 45 min drive to see them, no problem.

Been with them for over 5 years. Always on time, dependable, very knowledgeable, and have the best customer service! Dr. Reese, Charlie, and their staff are always friendly and personable, know your name, and remember details. Highly recommend.

Judith is absolutely fantastic and she and her husband Charlie are a real pleasure to work with. She has been helping me since the first of the year to get used to and fine tune my hearing aids. It’s an iterative process and Judith manages to tweak my devices and improve my hearing more with each visit. Without her knowledge, experience and patience, I don't know how this would ever get done in a satisfactory fashion. OTC hearing aids may be much less expensive but they are not just plug and play. If you don’t know how to fine tune these OTC devices to your particular hearing loss, you may save a lot of money but miss out on just how helpful an experienced audiologist like Judith can be in restoring as much of your hearing range as possible. I can’t add much more except to say Thank You, Judith for your continued help and support.

Dr. Reese and her JC Audiology team have my utmost respect and appreciation for helping me find the right device and fit for my hearing loss. Their professionalism and courtesy came through from the first appointment and continued at subsequent visits for adjustments. I TRUST and highly recommend their services.

My experiences with JC Audiology has been ongoing for 17 yrs. I feel very informed by Judy of my hearing situation and her working with me for the best corrective device that will help me hear better. I was met by Analise and escorted into her office for the cleaning of my hearing aids. She was very gracious and friendly. After the cleaning was done, she set my phone to the hearing aids, tested them and we were done. It was a very pleasant experience.

As is customary I received a notification that a regular servicing of my aides was upcoming with an invite to schedule an appointment. I did schedule one, about 2 weeks out, and the very next day I had a problem with one of my aides. I sent an email to Judith, and she got me in the next day in between her already full day. I'm dependent on my aides as I'm sure many of you are and service like that is just very special.

If I had one wish in life, it would be to get my hearing back. Since that is not going to happen, I am very thankful to have found JC Audiology. I have been a patient of Dr. Reese for over 10 years and she has helped me hear the world better than I thought possible. Although I have moved farther away, I will continue to return to JC Audiology for all of my hearing aid needs.

Initially I chose to go to JC audiology for a hearing test because it was close to my home and there was easy parking. I was welcomed by Charlie who was very friendly and helpful. Then I was seen by Dr. Reese. She explained all the steps of the test, went into great details about the results and what to do next. Dr Judith has really helped me improve my hearing and I am so pleased. In my work I deal with all different age groups and now I can hear and understand what they are saying! Recently I needed to have a repair on a hearing aid diagnosed and fixed. Dr. Judith took care of it quickly and effectively.
