Worst customer on life Christian that is in the front is very rude gives off like he doesn’t care I was referred her came to have my car checked they checked it and informed me if what needed to be done and the price so they called the car lot that I brought the car from to inform them I asked for like a print out of what needs to be done for my records refuse to give it to me I said ok no problem I left now against my judgement I went back cause I need to get the work done and the coverage company I have told me to have them call them and not the car lot now when I return I explain to him that I was here last time etc you said xyz needed to be done and the amount he asked while do you have a work order I said no cause you refuse to give me one so know I don’t have it now it was about 30 mins before closing so I said let me schedule an appointment and come back the gentleman said ok now granted my fault couldn’t make it the day of my appointment due to work so I come today 35mins before there to close to say hey I got stuck at work again very rude very dismissive just nasty so today I said you know what that’s ok sir never mind thank you anyways but I wouldn’t recommend anyone of Christian will be at the front being rude and nasty to customers it’s uncalled for an I don’t know if that company cares about there reviews and customer service but they need to because Christian is very nasty he needs to not be the front of the company at all

I have been going to J&C Car Repair for a few months. Javier is the best! This business is honest and fair on prices. They did a fantastic job on providing me with a diagnostic test, changing spark plugs, checking my battery, and leveling fluids all in a timely manner. I will absolutely come back to J&C Car Repair for future services.

I have been using the J&C services for a long time. They are so professional, trusted, honest and reasonable. For sure I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Horrible experience the owner (Javier) and his front desk man (Chris) are rude and their prices are ridiculous. Please shop around and find better service because they are not it. No communication and just down right rude. Take your business else where.

Sunday I had the pleasure of stopping by and having them check my ac and get freon added onto my car.

They checked, it was not ressolved due to the "Compressor". The mechanic Javier mentioned to me I would need to come back following saturday morning. He charged me $95.00 for the diagnostic.

Before I brought the car it ran perfectly fine. I'm not a mechanic but I do know enough about repairs and I have knowlegde and also know what I do on my cars.

Tuesday morning headed to work my car got stuck half way to work. I needed to get my car towed which was not a cheap expense.

When the car got dropped of I checked the battery, gas, sensors etc.

Everything looked perfect except for 1 thing I noticed. THE ALTENATOR.

The altenator sits on the top side of the motor. I looked around it for leaks and seen there was no way the altenator could have gotten oil in it.

The altenator had OIL INSIDE OF IT. FRESH OIL IN IT.

I attached the picture so you can see for yourself, mind you that was not there before.

I called the dealer, friends etc and they mentioned to me someone had to pour it in there. 1 because there is no leaks around the altenator and 2 the oil inside the altenator is BRAND NEW.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE PEOPLE.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND SOMETIMES GOING CHEAPER ISNT THE BEST IDEA.

I took my car to repair the valve cover gasket on my 2006 Accord. They didn't use a Fel-Pro or OEM gasket. They cut corners and used Permatex silicone as a gasket. Well guess what it leaked after 6 months. What a lousy job and unprofessional. Never again will they touch my car. I was surprised because i have used them before and i thought they were good. Beware of these guys!

2. My car was serviced (oil change) promptly, as per my scheduled appointment.

I say wow! They are amazing they have great prices and their work is very good perfect I can say one thing about this place is that they are very honest very! Which is very hard to find a place that does not want to take your money. Theses people will tell you the truth they don't keep adding things to fix just to make money they are very honest and very good at what they do. Also you need them they always have a spot for you in line to get the job done immediately. Very happy with their services and the staff are so polite love this place. I can truly say I trust them with my car. Thank you Javier and staff

I've been to MANY mechanics? And let me tell you something about these guys here at J & C
They are some of the most honest and skilled mechanics I've come across. They are reasonably priced. Give them a Call if you have any car issues. Just ask for Javier.

Do not get your car fixed there as they are not professional, cheap and they treat their employees poorly, go somewhere else.
