Discussed a briefcase-handle repair with the owner. I got the impression that he did not seem motivated for this repair project - perhaps any project. However, my wife had been to him earlier with a shoe-repair issue, which should be closer to his scope of work - yet he was equally uninterested and unmotivated. It seemed to both of us that he does not want any additional work. Perhaps he is preparing for complete retirement. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Nice little shop, they do little more than shoe repairs like handbags and leather belts etc, friendly and curtious people.

My experience! He repaired my purse strap. Excellent customer service and pleasant atmosphere and greeting. Expert in his professional career service. He goes beyond expected service. I recommend his business!

I walked in with my bag trying to get answers because I have not had issues with my Louis v before. The guy straight up looked at my bag and told me what he had to do, I had to call my husband to talk with him. I walked back in and he straight up told me he doesn’t want the project and good luck. Not polite. Terrible customer service.this is my first review ever I never post anything but I was so disgusted by how I was treated for being a young looking 30 year old woman. I was willing to pay hundreds and he just lost a customer forever

Nice guy and was willing to work with my schedule to pick up my shined shoes. They look great too
