Jack Klem, MD, Miami FL

I went this “healthcare professional” and the day of my appointment canceled. That said come over you’ll see the PA and get all the information and he will call you back the following day. Several phone calls and 5 day later and I haven’t heard from anybody. To be honest I wasn’t expecting anything else from this guy. Very bad first impression! I wouldn’t trust him with my life if he is always too busy. I bet he is not too busy to collect my payment! I GUESS THIS IS A WARNING.

Probably a good surgeon but I felt very uncomfortable with him as he has absolutely no sense of Calming Humor at all. It is some people's coping mechanism & he needs to understand that, not make them feel like you STOLE 3 seconds from him to try and laugh over an otherwise horrible situation.

Had an amazing experience. Dr. Klem is highly recommended and knows his stuff. I had imitate relief after back surgery. I have had 2 surgical procedures with Dr. Klem and because of them my quality of life has significantly improved. I highly recommend him.

Super slow. My appointment was at 930am but didn't get to see the doctor until an hour or more later. Then the Dr. Didn't have time to answer my questions.

Dr. Klem was really rude and unprofessional. He seemed bothered when I would ask him questions. I am a patient that had cancer and he told me with no compassion to look for a second opinion because I could have metastasis without even looking at the scans. I went to show him my MRI report and he said "I don't care" in a really rude tone. I would not trust him to do surgery on me and do not recommend him as a doctor. I don't understand how people like him can be a medical professional.

This incompetent and dangerous doctor said I needed a spinal cord stimulator with out even seeing me in person. Please stay away from doctors like this. He was wrong and I was helped by a great pain management clinic in Ft Lauderdale Google Dr. Giuffida Or Jeffrey Cantor in Cantor Spine Institute. They are amazing and want to help you get better.

Can’t say enough about the great treatment we received from Dr. Klem and his staff. Professional and caring team.

Two times I had appointments first time I had to get a scan before I could see the doctor second time had an appointment was notified 20 minutes before my appointment at the doctor was not in I could see the PA and the PA could read my scans and help me they put me in a room waited 1 1/2 hours in a room when I was ready to leave from waiting for so long the PA came in said the doctor was on his way I could either wait or leave my scans I told her that the person that phoned me said she could help me she said I was misinformed I said I would take my scans and make another appointment I think I will find another doctor this has been a horrible experience

This man is a true artist in his craft. His work is a true marvel to behold. I believe that all doctor should look up to this person as a source of inspiration. I would hope that many more doctors strive to be as good as him.

I was suffering with neck pain with stiffness and neck was bending since 10 Years. The best Neurosurgeons Dr Jack Klem successfully done my surgeries on 18th June. Now I got new life because my neck back to normal.
Because of wonderful staff my surgeries done. God Bless Dr Klem and staffs.

On March 3rd I went to the emergency room at Kendall hospital and on March 7th he operated on me. Thanks to him the pain in my back went away and I’m back to walking without pain. I gladly appreciate his work, god bless him. Thank you

Thank god Dr. Klem was at the hospital my mother was taken to. He saved her life! He removed a front lobe tumor from her with no complications and my mother did not complain about pain at all. She says he has superior expertise and that he is very caring and attentive, plus very intelligent. His office staff was nice and genuine; we felt comfortable. If I ever need a neurosurgeon he will be my first choice.

The best neurosurgical doctor in town" also the best staff. They are #1 amazing human being. Thank you for all you've done. God bless

Dr Klem has an outstanding team that knows how treat their patients. I have no problem referring a friend or a family member.

Dr Klem is a very nasty and unpleasant person.
He made me feel like my presence was bothering him.
I don't know if he is a good surgeon, because he didn't do any procedure, just told me that I have to go to a pain management doctor.
