I went in this place expecting to see the old man, instead I’m greeted by this shady looking guy who looked at me like I stole my Rolex I wanted serviced. I’m not going back there. Went to Russell on Cocoa Beach, way better service and Russell doesn’t screw people over.

These people are honest and have some great jewelry! You'll be able to trust them.

I recently visited as I have some old gold rings and a bracelet that were my mother and fathers. I don't wear gold and wanted to get some info on selling them. He did an estimate on the rings and cleaned the bracelet. He said he would buy the rings, but suggested that I keep or sell the bracelet through marketplace as I would get more money. He also suggested that I break it up and make some jewelry out of it.

My name is Theresa, this is our business email. I just want to say, Jack went over and above to make my ring perfect and beautiful. I had a marques, with 2 trillions on the sides, the marques was way to small for the size of the marques. He found me a beautiful bigger marques diamond, a new setting and used my trillions. I was hesitate in the beginning, look on the internet with him for a setting, they looked huge. I wanted something that stood out, but not big and bulky. With my few words of what I would like, he showed me one, I couldn't tell, I just trusted him. I then hesitated again, why didn't I go in and see the setting, again I just had to trust. When I came to look at it, it was so more than I expected, my mouth dropped open, it is the most beautiful ring that I have ever had. I know why he loves his job, he has a great eye and please his customers. Not only that, believe it or not, he gave me such a good price. The next thing I'm work on with him is diamond earrings.
