I called him to do a repair recommended by the guy who’s about to paint my house — Jack came out promptly, assessed the situation, which he said was similar to a repair he had done to his own home, and offered a very fair price. He is very pleasant to deal with and also put up with my crazy work schedule in figuring out when we could get it done. The repair is now complete, and I couldn’t be happier.
