Jack was a life saver for me. I had recently gotten into bike riding and I looked all over for a bike. Being a competitor, I wanted to ride at a high level and my bike was a Walmart special incapable of the 30 to 40 miles I was riding on it daily. I went to three shops they had 1 or 2 bikes. I went to Jack and he had so many bikes to choose from. I got a dream bike and I am riding longer and better. How often do I need a tune up? I am a P. E.teacher and I plan on incorporating bike riding in my classroom. Do you partner with the schools?

Gets bicycles for free and resell at high prices, and you have to buy a lock.my bicycle was stolen with lots of bicycles in our building.may have ended up at the bike man.told the manager/owner my sap story, but price did not change.did not care.i understand they fix the bikes possibly with free help.better off with on line or neighborhood offerings.

Great bike place where they donate bikes to children and those less fortunate. I recommend everyone look into them donate a bike if you are able to. Jack and the staff are great people and will take care of you. Sharing is caring!

Wanted to like this place. First time to west palm beach and was excited to rent bikes. Most of the people working here looked and acted like we were in their way for trying to give them our money to rent bikes. Got a few eye rolls when asking some simple questions. 90 bucks for 3 days for some super rusted old beach bikes. Maybe next time don’t say you rent bikes and actually be nice to the people who want to do business with you.

I 100% completely recommend this bike shop. Jack the Bike Man is an honest business that you can trust. I have been a customer in the past and was very happy with my service there. Then, while I was on Christmas break, my university donated my bike to Jack the Bike Man without my permission and without giving me any kind of notice. I went to shop and thankfully my bike was still there. The employees were so kind and helpful. Not only did they return my bike to me without charging me, they also are going to re-assembled it for me. It is so refreshing to see a business that is kind and honest. Thank you very very much.

We have bought multiple bikes here over the years. Recently I went in because I wanted to see if I could get a racing bike. There was a lot of activity and attention around one of the techs who seemed like he was also the tour guide. Fast forward 30 minutes and I had two bikes, both appropriate for what we were looking for. The young man helping us was Ilia from NJ. HE had a wealth of knowledge about bikes and fitting. You could tell he loved his job there and the responsibility they had given him based on his people and tech/bike skills. Everyone wanted a piece of him from the GM to the other other clients to the volunteers working there. Net net, he patiently helped me find me what I was looking for, he expediently and expertly fitted me and fine tuned the carbon fiber bike I bought. What a great guy! Instantly likable.
What a great place. Highly recommended. Its the kind of place that if you had an issue post sale, you would be comfortable going back and knowing they would certainly work with u to remediate the issue. Go there. Help the kids charity too. Awesome business

I have a special needs son who can't ride a typical bike and I went to Jack's hoping to find something for him to ride like his brother. They took the time and found the perfect bike and had him test it out I cried watching him working with my son and being so patient. They definitely made this mom and little boys dreams come true.

Sprained my wrist in a crash and couldn't patch my tube. They popped in a new tube and had me going in about 15 minutes. Thanx guys. Top notch. Coming back for a tuneup on the 1st.

When I was in Treatment, I had no transportation or money. Jack let me earn a bicycle through volunteering. I was given a chance to give back to my community, in exchange for my bike.

Great man and great organization, so far i've taken 7 bikes to him, everytime i see someone setting good bikes in the trash pickup, i grab them and deliver them, great job and great man.

Hands down, best place to get bicycles fixed and learn "who what where and why" they break. Sometimes busy but the work gets done incredibly fast for very reasonable price

We got great service from Ilia. We loved the great selection, the price range and the fact that we are buying a second hand bike with a year warranty that was fixed up by professionals.

I've seen Jack the bike Man Drive by a few times in our neighborhood but then I noticed their large Warehouse so I went in. This is a nonprofit that provides bikes to low-income children, and they have an incredible selection of used bikes in top-notch condition for purchase. He also has a fully-featured shop with multiple stations for working on in repairing bikes.if you're looking for a bicycle or a tricycle this should be your first stop in the Palm Beach County area.

I donated my time to exchange for a MUCH needed mode of basic transportation. After weeks and over 30 hours invested, the WORKING STAFF, which are AMAZING people, chose a bike for me. After personalizing the bike, the owner came to me and told me that I wasn't getting 'that' bike. He claimed it was too expensive of a bike for me. I even offered to pay the difference in value between what he believed I was deserving and what the expensive bike would sell for! Ultimately, that bike was given to him for free! The people that gifted it to him won the bike and the organization that bought it, did so to give away!
I, on the other hand, put 30+ hours of my life that I'll NEVER get back! In my opinion, the bike was only EXPENSIVE. To me!
I do take away a couple of things that Jack couldn't keep me from taking. First, the satisfaction of meeting all the fantastic people that work there. Second, it was comforting to know that my work will ultimately make people smile!

Bad experience elsewhere led me here. So another bike shop tries to fix my sons bike. Well that was an endless money pit. Jack's tech fixed his brakes no problem. And when he recently stripped his bottom bracket, (other places said throw the frame away) Jack's tech actually saved the frame. No other shop would even try!

Buy a bike and support a good cause! Every cent I spend at Jack's goes to supporting a program that gets a kid on a bike. They also help adults in recovery get back on their feet by teaching them how to maintain their own bike that they then earn through volunteering in the shop. Their big Christmas party gives away countless bikes to kids every year too! A great cause!
