Julian shuster. Went out of his way and more to make us very happy customer on our new truck. Highly recommend if you are on the hunt go see Julian at Hanania GMC. You will not be disappointed.

Make sure you know everything about buying and leasing a car at this place as they wont help you decide or do they care about your well being, only looking out for themselves. Charged crazy fees on lease and No free oil changes. The finance manager Emilio acts like he's your friend but quite the opposite

This dealership is top notch customer service. My 18 year old daughter had car trouble while there on vacation with her friends, I called them in a slight panic. They got her in the next day even shuttled her back to her villa while they worked on her car. They got the AC fixed, accepted my payment over the phone and picked her up when the work was complete. I could not have dreamed of better service.

My car was in the shop almost 3 weeks, and it's full of greasy boot prints on the floor mats, and greasy hand prints all over the doors on the inside, and inside other places inthe car.

What a pleasure this car buying experience was. Our car had to be replaced asap due to an accident on the 20th, and we drove our "new" car home yesterday (22nd) after calling about a car the evening before, that we had seen on their website. Our salesman was Cedric (hope I'm spelling his name correctly and didn't get his last name) and he was awesome! Our daughter had bought a car with him in March and recommended him to us. Everyone there was so friendly and professional! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm sorry to say that our experience with the dealership has not been so happy after the sale. Our used car experienced 2 problems within the first 2 weeks. First was the battery! Which they replaced free of charge. Ok. But then our check engine light came on. They said it was an evap thing. They replaced it and charged us for the parts and labor. $1200+!
They said there is no 30 day warranty on their used cars. We've also had to buy 4 new tires and have car aligned, which we took the car elsewhere to have done. At the day of purchase, we were told that we'd get 4 years of free oil changes and tire rotation. But little did we know that we were actually charged for that ($800) added on to our contract. We have not yet received our copy of the extended warranty, which we were told will come via mail. I regret giving such a positive review originally. A car buyers pleasure depends on how they're treated after the sale is complete. We've talked to some other folks afterwards too who have not had good experiences with them. It's too bad.

Paloma deserves special recognition. I found myself with a dead battery for no apparent reason and very little warning. My Encore started rough one morning, but once started, all diagnostics showed the car as "normal". Two days later, on the Saturday after Christmas no less, it would not start at all. Your telephone system did a poor job of getting me to the right person (I called 4 times just to get to Paloma). But once my call got to Paloma, she immediately checked to see if a replacement part was available, made room in the service schedule for me to bring my Encore in, and had the battery replaced inside of an hour. She is a Rock Star employee!

Do not buy from this dealer. I purchased a used vehicle in June. It is now December and I have not received my title. Every time I call, I am transferred from receptionist to receptionist without ever speaking to someone who can help. After the third or fourth transfer I get a mailbox that is full, or the call is disconnected. I also had the opportunity to receive a discount if I purchased the extended warranty with an opportunity to cancel and receive a refund for the cost of the warranty. I canceled and have yet to receive my refund. The answer from the finance department is always that someone made a mistake and that it will take 4-6 more weeks to process. Avoid the Hanania group. There are too many other options to suffer such poor service.

Easy, smooth process. Bryan listened to what I liked and don't like and what I was able to pay and found a vehicle that would fit those needs for me. Eveyone was helpful and courteous, even in the service dept before I decided to trade up.

4 weeks to replace rear carpet and sunroof leak, no communication, or return calls. We were without a car for over a week and then in a loaner which my son could not drive because he is 18 so we had to pay for daily transportation for a month!
First, we were called that vehicle was ready only to get our car with soaking wet carpets still. Apparently, it was an employee error that we were phoned in the first place, we were then given a filthy loaner (pet hair everywhere, was great for my allergies!)
I have always taken great pride in GMC as my father retired from GM after 45 years, and now this experience has definitely changed my opinion.

WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE from the team at Jack Wilson. We couldn’t be happier with how easy Eli made the car buying process, the friendly service from Jaime with courtesy pick up and helping my wife with the kids, to Pam in finance who prepared our paperwork for a quick close. We reached out to this team after a less favorable experience at another dealership in JAX and couldn’t be happier with our new car from our new friends. Thank you Eli, Jaime and Pam!

Great service department but recently lacking proper management. Very chaotic environment with no proper direction during my last visit. Lindsay and Travis are true assets but the service department needs better management to handle the continuing growth. Two months ago it was a very different environment and everyone seemed to enjoy their job unlike my last visit a few day's ago.

I have purchased five GM vehicles in the last four years my last one being a 2500 high country I do love the truck but the head aces this thing has put me though I will never by a GM product again this was the last straw I just got charged $116.00 to scan my truck that’s still under powertran warranty this was a $86,000 truck that’s a year and a half old that’s left me stranded on my way home from vacation 700 miles away didn’t get my truck for three weeks and now it has another problem it blow smoke on acceleration so I wanted to have them make sure it was all good before I take my road trip this year after a $116 I have no better answer then I could have got with my own scan tool for free this is a horrible way to run a business and I have no confidence that I’m not going to have problems again no one even said if it had used any oil between the oil changes nothing just the computer says it’s ok well no more this will be the last one all that money and get the service of a used car unbelievable

Amazing place! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Gave one start only because you cannot give 0!

Classic bait and switch. Other reviews speak to this as well. I thought I had avoided, spoke to two different people about a specific truck, all confirmed truck and equipment. Drove from Jax 1 hour later, first thing I was told was it sold!

Threw a fit in the showroom, then they "found" the truck, calmed down, drove it, started to try to make a deal and they first tried to switch me to a newer different truck. Once I re-stated my concerns with the bait and switch, they worked the deal up on the one I drove. BUT then said the price was $2K higher than advertised!

They then tried to tell me they had two identical trucks, same mileage (which by the way what they quoted was not the mileage on the truck I drove), further, that both trucks were identical, but the one for the price quoted had been sold and this one was left. Salesman actually tried to show me a different truck with different equipment on their web page to show I was wrong! I showed him on his web page AND a third party web page where I was right.

Needless to say, walked out VERY frustrated. Honestly thought this level of dishonesty was gone in the car business, man was I wrong.

If you like bait and switch, lies, deceit, insulting of your intelligence and loosing your money! Well this is the place for you. Otherwise I would recommend ANY other GMC dealer in north Florida.

Good or bad I want to know what's the score, not just be strung along for days and then not even the decency of a call as to what the final decision was! Totally poor customer service. Won't recommend Jack Wilson Buick in St Augustine to anyone!
