I've been a Chevy owner for over 40 years. This was the first time that I was not pressured to purchase any extra service plans. We purchased a new Tahoe and worked with Lisa Curran. She was absolutely incredible to work with. She was extremely professional and courteous, responding to messages and questions very quickly. Lisa was very open and transparent regarding the deal. I didn't feel pressured at any moment (like most dealers make you feel). Instead, I felt comfortable and knew that the deal was in good hands.
The manager, Miguel, worked very hard to get our deal done for us and we are very grateful for the amount of time he put into everything to get it to work out. We couldn't be happier with our vehicle.
From the moment I spoke with Lisa, I knew she would be the perfect person to work with and that "this was the dealer" we needed to be working with.
The finance manager was incredibly knowledgeable and great to speak with. I actually didn't want to leave. Who ever feels that way at a dealership? ! They make you feel like you're family.
The entire process was smooth and quick. We really could not be more pleased. If I could rate my experience any higher, I would.

My truck has been in the service department for 5 weeks I've been told several different things and that several parts were changed and at several times the wrong part showed up. Yet my truck is still in the service department and they can't figure out what's wrong with it they have no diesel mechanics. Do not take your vehicle to this location.

I would like to communicate that the service provided was AWESOME! I reached out to several of the local dealerships; however, Jeremy Cooper responded.he did not pressure or fast talk, he listened to what I wanted and more importantly what I needed to make this purchase work.
I provided him all of my information and he did ALL of the footwork prior to my arrival and I was in and driving out of the dealership in less than an hour. I decided to spend time speaking with the financial salesperson who was a retired Navy and very professional!
I am really happy with my purchase and I can only say, FIVE STARS for the staff!

Small dealership, but when looking for a certain vehicle we seen online no one knew where it was. About an hour later found it parked in the service lot.

This dealer won't stop calling me. I have never been there and don't want a crappy Chevrolet. I have no idea why they won't stop HARASSING ME on my private, unlisted cellphone number.

Was told one price over the phone, but when I came in, told them the price I was told they played along with it and after an hour said they were no where near the price I was told and the person who told me the price the first time shouldn't have told me a price at all is what i was told.
The staff was very helpful. I needed a part for my mini van. They were able to order it so I could pick it up the next day.
