Best salon I’ve ever been to. Jackie herself is the sweetest! Doesn’t rush when it comes to my hair, she makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave her chair.

I want to start off by saying I was insulted by the type of hair I have. I looked in the mirror at the way she was looking at my hair which had me feeling uneasy. I wouldn't recommend this place to another African American with coiled hair at all. First off if your natural and have Afro hair a wash and blowout starts at $50 and up. Let's just say. I took one for the team guys. I left with a horrible headache from the pain of my hair getting pulled. Hours later and my head is still hurting. I can tell from the beginning that this wasn't for me or my hair but I was feeling optimistic. The shampoo and wash was great.but afterwards it went downhill.the blow drying process was way to aggressive and all of the hair fallout was extremely avoidable.my hair is cut unevenly, needless to say this is a hard NO for me. I will be searching for a salon that better caters to coiled textured hair.this wasn't it.not happy or satisfied.just super disappointed. Over charged, hair cute unevenly, and constantly insulted. She even said she's gonna stop doing my type of hair because it's become damaging to her wrist. Lastly I'm right handed.the way she flat ironed my hair looks like I did it with my left hand in the dark. I really wish they had a zero stars option.

Poor attitude, poor quality of work and service; my Haitian girl friend was insulted about her hair the whole time she was there. Considering they lady claimed to be the owner and Dominican we believed she’d know something to do. That being said she immediately started disrespecting my girl friend and her hair not being manageable or able to be worked with. She cut her hair unevenly and without asking if it’s ok. She also, “people like yours hair can’t be managed”. She still charged us 85 dollars when my girlfriend was dissatisfied with her work. Before she did this my girlfriends hair was longer and thicker. DO NOT GO TO HER UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH BEING TOLD YOUR HAIR BASED ON YOUR ETHNICITY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH.

I have to completely disagree with the last gentlemans review. After many years of going there I have never had an issue with my hair or the service. She is an extremely nice and sweet person and always makes good recommendations on hair style and cut as a great hairstylist should. I have never been dissatisfied when walking out of her salon, she does an amazing job and I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Very friendly Moms and Pops style Hair salon. Jackie is very friendly and did and amazing job on my haircut. Being a male I was a little hesistant since it was my first time but she did my hair just how I like it. Come and see for yourself!

I was looking for a place where i can get my hair done and i walked in i had no appointment and Jackie was very welcoming and i didn't even seat that long to wait on her, she immediately started with me, i had a relaxer and treatment and of course rollers. She took care of my hair like it was her own. And that made me feel very appreciated so she will definetely see me next time:)

I moved here from NC and needed someone to tame this hair. I'm 100% natural and had the hardest time finding someone to really care for my hair.until I met Jackie, she's amazing, remembers each of her clients and never keeps you waiting long.
