Jack's Marina, Madeira Beach FL

My husband and I rented a jet ski for 2 hours and we had a blast. The guys that worked there were knowledgeable yet laid back. They explained everything very well and we were so happy for the distance we could explore and play on the jet skis. We would highly recommend them and we will be back

We rented a small boat to go to Shell Key. Well, that was my excuse to rent a boat and drive around the intercoastal. The guys were very pleasant and patient to deal with. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and set me at ease. This is my very first time at the gulf so everything is new to me.and the amount of boats on the river is.intimidating to a beginner driver as myself.
Best thing on the boat is the GPS. It has depth finder and a path programmed in. When I am off course, it told me and directed me back on course. There are times I went off on purpose to explore other areas as I was comfortable with how to get back on course. THAT was the best form of guidance.as the map didn't do a whole heck of a lot for me.:)
We will be back. And we will rent from Jack's again. We loved our trip. Making plan to go back next year.longer than a week vacation.:)

Another great rental experience with Jack’s at John’s Pass. We rented 2 waverunners for our family of 4 and had a blast zipping around the ocean for an hour! Highly recommend Jack’s they provide thorough training on the safe operation of The waverunners and if you have folks that need to take the boating temp certification class, it’s only 9.99 and is all online and you can purchase it at the time of booking. Very professional! A+

Great boat and the staff were great. Made reservations on line and got there 30 mins before as requested, and were on the water at our start time. Boat GPS really helped.

Family had great day, Staff amazing. Rented top end 24’ platform boat. Ran extremely well, served my family of 8 very well. Only challenge, most of the gages did not work. So I could not tell fuel level, trim level or voltage on battery. While all turned out well, as an experienced captain, I know how important the knowledge of all of these things are and a little inconsistent, based on this being a top end rental. I reiterate, we were pleased and staff was very professional and kind and boat ran well. Just wished the boat’s instruments had been in working order. Boat did have a color GPS system that was added to the boat and worked well.
