Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Lake City FL

Started out with a huge computer mixup. Drove over an hour for a 15 minute appt but the system had not notified the office or agent. Waited awhile and office was closed. My mother and I decided to make
the most of it and went thrift store shopping. Then Michelle Taylor SAVED the day! We were just across the street and even though is was her day off she met us at the office and my taxes were done! Which was a huge relief and she definitely went above and beyond. She took a huge frustrating nightmare and resolved it wonderfully. Great customer service! Computer mistakes happen and she was awesome in fixing what I thought couldn’t be fixed except to start over. Thank you Again - Michelle Taylor

Horrible customer service. Told by a manager I could drop off my taxes and waited for two weeks to hear from JH. I finally went in my taxes left in a file cabinet No call no nothing. The representative there tried calling all day and contacted the Gainesville office who the representative there was extremely. I won’t be using again. My 30% off was not honored I’m not happy with their services.

First time I was charged $175 out of pocket and only getting a $70 return. Will not be using JH again.

Nicole and Sarah Joe were very kind and extremely helpful. They were fast and friendly and I would recommend them to everyone I know! Get your taxes done here!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I paid more for my refund than I expected to, I also got more back than I did last year.

I've been back to this office every year since. I'm always happy with both my service and my return. Curtis has been my person for a couple years now, and as soon as I walk in and see him I know I'm in good hands.

Nicole at the comments loop in Lake City Florida was nice and helpful to all my tax needs and question I had for her. Nicole was also very knowledgeable of what S was doing as she entered my information.

Rachel was a good help she helped me figure everything with my taxes in the problem to solve it she gave a great attitude funny person

The first representative we spoke with had no idea how to handle our tax issue and that she had only been processing taxes for a year. The second representative spoke to us like we were children and stated she didn't know how to resolve our tax issue, but she would "figure it out". No thank you. We asked if she was an accountant, she said no. Use Turbo Tax or Tax Act, you get better resources and support for half the price.

This was the worst experience I have ever had filing my taxes. I would rate Rachel as a 0 if I could. She was very unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable. She was so unprofessional speaking about her personal life and complaining about being tired to the point that she was not paying attention to what she was entering into the computer that I had to correct her on the information. She failed to file all of my forms that needed to be filed that the IRS is now holding my tax return because the information is not correct. She repeated stated that I did not need to file certain forms and that I would not get in any trouble. She is very unknowledgeable to be a T3 at this location.

I called and spoke with Nicole today. She was extremely helpful and solved our issue with ease. She was both kind and caring and we are grateful she was able to fix the problem.

Taxes are always a problem here in Lake City, but now we have Hewitt Tax services, and spend just one hour with an incredible Crew, Curtis, Nicole and Sarah. You are doing a great job guys, thanks for the help and advices, next year I will back
