I did my 2019 taxes with Jeanine and the address she put was incorrect. I live in Florida not Alabama. I called to ask for the correction and it wasn't done. I had to send the forms myself to the IRS to correct the mistake. Also my cost of goods sold for my business where not filed which cost me thousands of dollars. There was mispelling all over and errors.
