Jackson Square Apartments, Tallahassee FL

I have lived here for a little over two years and it has been a great experience. Anything I have ever needed, Zarinah has been extremely helpful with. Anytime I have a maintenance request, it is solved pretty quickly. My only complaint would be the lawn guys sometimes blow near the vehicles which is frustrating. Other than that, my stay here is was perfect. It is quiet and a good place to live. I would recommend living here to anyone I know.

Terri is the best! She made my move-in process a breeze. Apartments are well maintained, and the complex is quiet.

Terri is such a phenomenal person, from our very first phone conversation she assured me everything would be handled regarding my application and I was approved in the timeframe she made me aware of. I’m 3 days shy of my move in date and I can’t wait to enjoy the community! Thanks again Terri.

I’m very pleased with how helpful Terri was with helping me with the application process. Made sure I was getting the best deal and was very timely with getting my paperwork thru the system. Jackson Square is also located around most of the best restaurants in tally so that’s a plus too. Looking forward to my move in date

Teri was extremely helpful finding us a place. The apartment she showed us was great. The amenities seem nice and I especially like the size of the gym. Things seem very well taken care of here and it is a nice property.

Friendly and ever smiling leasing office staff especially Zarina. Nice little renovated pool area and helpful workers. One star reduced since the apartments have roaches that don't disappear even after multiple bug sprays.

Went on a tour of Jackson Square Apartments earlier this month with my roommate and had a blast. Terri was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the tour and the lease application process. The complex seems very clean and well kept, the pool was just re-done! The unit we toured looked great. Looking forward to living at Jackson Square!

I love living at Jackson Square! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, very student and family friendly. The apartments are spacious, all three bedrooms have an awesome walk in closet and ample space. For someone who is environmentally conscious, a big plus is the recycling bin at the back of the complex as well. The open floor plan makes entertaining guests easy and fun, highly recommend this complex for all ages.

Jackson Square has the most friendliest courteous and very helpful staff. The maintenance men are very helpful as well and get the job done right the first time.we love JACKSON SQUARE!

I now live in this complex with my two little children. It's a very quiet and peaceful place and very nice complex! The management is very friendly and caring. Every time I make a request - they go to meet me.

I recently moved in to Jackson Square Apartments and could not be happier here. First, the management staff had all of our paperwork sent to us electronically prior to our move so all of the "time-consuming" formalities were done prior to the actual move. The grounds are well maintained, and residents have access to a wide variety of amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, coffee bar and lounge, indoor racquetball court, fully lit tennis court, and a pool which is currently close for upgrades and modifications. The entire staff from the office team to the maintenance team are very friendly and are there when you need them. The apartment complex is just a stones throw away from I-10 and minutes away from a variety of retailers and dining options. They offer 1-3 bedroom apartments and also offer optional garages. I would definitely recommend Jackson Square Apartments!

We love living at Jackson Square! It’s a family oriented neighborhood with great schools. The management is helpful, and our maintenance needs are met timely

I went to Jackson Square without an appointment to inquire about available apartments. Terri was so helpful. She explained to me what was available and then took me to see what would ultimately be my apartment. The time taken without being made to feel like it was an inconvenience was so appreciated.

We toured the property with Zarinah. She was very nice and provided useful information about the property and schools for our kids.
