Very short waiting room time; a friendly and responsive staff. Dr. Stepian is very personable and positive. She offered me hope for a situation I considered hopeless.

Very professional office that got me back to see the doctor on time, especially since it was my first time. Dr Stephen spent time examining my condition, and started me on a course of treatment that has already yielded results. A very positive experience all around.

I just had my second appointment with Dr. Stepian at Jax Dermatogy and Cosmetic Surgery, and was just as impressed (if not more) than I was the first visit. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Facilities are remarkably clean. Dr. Stepian was very thorough with a head to toe check for any potential problems. I rest assured with her assessment and will do my annual exam with her to ensure my skincare. For all of old “beach babies” she and her staff are a blessing!

Don't believe any of these reviews. My first visit went ok and they asked me to review, so I did. But it seems that I pulled the trigger to fast as these people are not professional at all. They made me wait 3 months for an appointment. When I got there they told me my records were not there yet. They could have had the decency or common courtesy to tell me not to come in since they were not ready, even the medical asistant agreed. I made a one hour trip for them to tell me they weren't ready. Also, I called several days before and several times but they never answer the phone. Don't believe me? Try calling people. Today I got a letter stating that I was "discharged" but in reality I wasn't going back anyway. I mean why would I? My advice to you Amanda Fair, is don't waste people's time especially those who are in need. Also before you decide to take a side you should listen to both sides. Very Unprofessional. The entire situation could have been avoided no doubt!

It was my first time meeting Dr. Angela L. Stepien at the Jacksonville Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery office on September 21,2023. I was thrilled because getting an appointment was so easy as I didn't have to wait months and months before seeing the doctor. The entire visit was a very pleasant. Dr. Stepien was caring, highly thorough and above all else, sensitive to my individual needs. She took her time during my visit, and was able to explain everything in great detail only to ensure that I understood the treatment and recommendations made for a successful outcome. Within seconds after her examination, she was able to provide the answers needed and the course and treatment required. This doctor is very effective, caring, with excellent bedside manners. Her staff was very friendly and caring, which should not be surprising! Nothing about this visit was made difficult or complicated. I highly recommend
Dr. Stepien to my friends and family. In fact, my husband is already scheduled to see her next week and he didn't have to wait months and months to get an appointment either! I look forward to a very long and healthy, professional relationship with this wonderful physician and her staff!
