Jacksonville Heights Apartments

Zero stars. A man literally almost got murdered today in these apartments.

Response: AM I LYING? ANSWER THAT. So, you attempted to clarify if I was a current resident? Why would you do such a thing? IT seems suspicious to say the least, is this how you treat all the residents in your community? Are you just avoiding the original sentiment attempting to shift the blame on me somehow? Haha. Why don't you worry about your facility and faculty instead of this comment?

It’s a very nice place to live, maintenance is always there when you need them and the manager is amazing! Recommend 10/10

In the time I lived Jacksonville Heights. I must say the staff was very helpful and responded quickly to the couple of service request I submitted. Thank you Roberta and her staff.

Roberta is a very professional and detailed oriented professional with a strong focus on customer service and a good humor. She is very good at listening to resident issues and getting them resolved quickly. One day my window was broken and not locking and she had it resolved in an hour, securing my home and making me feel comfortable again.

I visit the complex often & The Apartments are clean & the staff are very friendly. The front office is clean & the staff is very professional. They care.

Since Terrica and Roberta have been here, it has been WONDERFUL living here! Any work order that I’ve put in, they’ve made sure that it gets done in a timely manner. Any other concerns I’ve had, they’ve stopped at nothing to resolve. They’ve restored my trust in dropping my rent payments in the office because they provide receipts and ACTUAL verification of me paying it! As long as THEY are here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND living HERE! I’m grateful for all they do for the residents here!

I loved visiting this apartments it was exactly what i was looking for, the staff starting by Roberta are so professional and caring they show me around and made me enjoy my visit, all the instalations were clean and the pool was great

All the post made two days ago and three weeks ago are all positive.made up reviews by staff, shame!
