I don't know why this place gets such bad reviews, everyone's dying to get in here!

Everybody at my mom's service was wearing a mask EXCEPT THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR! I guess he was hoping to create more business? I missed being by my mom's bedside when she died because I was out of state covering for 4 people who didn't take the virus seriously and got sick.

*Update 12/2* I tested positive for the virus. Don't know where I got it or how long ago. IJS.

I can't even begin to explain how horrible my experience was, but an idea.
I get a phone also 2 years after my Dad saying something absolutely horrific wasn't done. While I'm just finding this out & terribly upset. This person is on the phone "ma'am ma'am are going to pay for this? ! " "Ma'am ma'am you're not answering me! ".
Definitely not personable or good dealing with people going through a extremely difficult situation.

They are rude, had a problem with foundation for headstone, took them 1yr and 9 months to contact us for this issue. When they knew about it the entire time. So the head stone has just been laying in the grass with no foundation. And when questioned with why it took so long they said it wasnt their fault.

I have several beloved family members buried in this location the grounds are well-kept it is a very nice atmosphere I really appreciate all the hard work the groundskeepers do to keep this place looking so good it shows I have no regards choosing this place and will continue to do so and hopefully I too will be buried here one day
