No responses to calls texts and email regarding a damaged shipment. I should have read the reviews first. What a waste of time and money. Thank God there is revenge with PayPal disputes.

Their customer service and shipping took a huge hit over the last 2 years. You have to practically beg hound them about where your order is. Then if you ask for a refund, you will have to hound them for that as well. I guess that's what happens when small companies sell to larger companies.the original customers are forgotten about. I used to refer people to them. No longer.
