15 Excellent experience in purchasing a car.
I have purchased many cars and the Ft Lauderdale Jaguar dealership was one of the very best experiences ever. I had stopped at 3 other dealerships looking at cars and the other dealerships were disorganized and aggressive. The Ft Lauderdale Jaguar dealership is awesome.

Our service experience was exceptional. Our car was returned in pristine condition. Our service manager James was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
About 40 days ago I purchased a 2014 Model BMW m6 from AutoNation member Fort Lauderdale Jaguar. The AC broke right after I bought it. They fixed it in Jaguar. Then the rear sunshade of my vehicle stopped working and the door locks did not lock themselves. Thereupon, I made an appointment from Pompano Beach BMW, where they directed me, and according to them, sunshade motor of the Curtain and the door handle of my left door needed to be changed completely. But the 90 day warranty I have does not meet them. Seriously, this is a big scam. Currently I can't control the curtain on my car's rear window and worse yet I can't lock my car doors. I hope you read this feedback and solve my problem.
I have been a Mercedes owner for years. I decided to try Jaguar and I am very happy with my decision! You are treated with respect, quickly and my service experience was 5 star. You can see the employees there are happy and want to genuinely make sure you leave happy. My advisor James truly goes out of his way to ensure you have a 5 star experience.

The service department is great and clean, the staff is very helpful and professional. Pete Perzan is very helpful and considerate, it was a pleasure meeting and working with him.
Awful customer service, scratched car while cleaning outside and accepted zero responsibility. $300 for diagnostic check (brought in on a Monday) called all week and finally got a hold of someone that Friday and was told they don’t know what exactly the problem is and that it would be another $1k for labor to find out why the light was on. I love my jag, great car to drive but know it doesn’t need to be serviced by these crooks, do not reccomend
I brought my F-Pace to Jaguar Fort Lauderdale expecting to wait hours for the service and to pay a fortune for the repairs.
Mr. James and Mr. Ryan, at the dealer services, were very nice and professionals. Since we did not know how long it would take, they got me a loaner. Finally, when my car was ready, I did not have to pay for anything - the parts were under warranty!
I admire this dealer honesty and efficiency!

Throughout the process she was very thorough and patient with my various questions & concerns (because believe me. I had a lot!). A great service experience. I was made to feel like I mattered by every employee I came across. From the service manager to the clerks. I even got A-rated treatment from someone who walked into the waiting area to change a coffee filter. Alpine Jaguar should send other Jaguar dealerships a tutorial video on what customer service should look like.
