The Service writer Stephen Rup was a great listener, honest, and made sure my car was very well taken care of. I spent a little over $8,600 for a lot of work. The work performed was done at the highest level that I could ask for. My car is doing great after all the work done. So I not only want to thank Stephen, i also want to thanks all the people who were involved in servicing my 2014 XF. You all did a wonderful job. Even though I live 2 1/2 hours away, I will continue to bring my Jaguar's here for service for the foreseeable future. Thanks again Howard Meyers

I do not recommend anyone buying a vehicle of this brand. The organization doesn’t make lasting vehicles. You will have mechanical errors that don’t have any basis. Also, this dealership does not care about their customers. One good person in the dealership doesn’t make this a reputable establishment. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I have only had excellent service from Jaguar Jacksonville, particularly with Angela, Jatin and Mike. I love the concierge service, which saves me tons of time, and Jatin and Mike were both on time, courteous and knowledgeable when they came to my home. Angela is equally expert, and returns my calls within minutes if she was with another customer when I called. This is what service used to be - I strongly recommend this dealership!

Jaguar of Jacksonville sent a mobile tech to my home to troubleshoot issues with the infotainment system. Although he was unable to repair the issue, Jatin was professional and was transparent about not being able to repair it. An absolutely great customer service experience. My service advisor Stephen went above and beyond to accommodate our service needs by getting our service schedule moved up by over a week. He made sure that each step of the service process was communicated to us via text and phone calls to make sure that we are well informed of the vehicles each stage of the maintenance service. He took the time to make sure that all our vehicle’s service concerns were addressed and resolved and even delivered the vehicle back to us washed and with a freshly cleaned the interior. The level of details given to the vehicle’s delivery condition is comparable to none. In our many years of being owners of Jaguar/Land Rover vehicles we have not ever received such a high level of customer service. Thank you so much. You have certainly made us believe that great customer service and loyalty still exist in today’s very volatile and ever changing business. This is the kind of service that makes loyal customers and the reason for repeat business!
