Horrible service! I purchased a used vehicle after 2 weeks of having the vehicle the vehicle gave problems, I was sold a Lemon! The sales managers pushed the issue off on the manufacture of the vehicle instead of trying to solution to help the loyal customer. I will not recommend the dealership to anyone. I would put - star but that option is not available.

Waited for a vehicle for 9 month with the deposit. When vehicle finally came in dealership tagged on extra 3K fees on top of the increased manufactured price! Nothing was ever communicated. Super arrogant people. Would recommend if you ever do anything with this dealership make sure that everything is in writing up front. Never had such bad experience with any Jaguar dealer!

Steve and Sean are the BEST!
They worked with me the entire weekend and genuinely went above and beyond to get me into my NEW dream car. This is the second Range Rover sport I have gotten with Steve, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Cheryl was great until the deal was closed and then completely disappeared when it came time to address issues with the CPO vehicle. Issues including a broken key, missing spare tire and SIM card, cracked tail light and promised floor mats all ignored with multiple attempts. As a certified vehicle I was expecting more, and as a 4x owner I know RR service is better than this. Sean took over after delivery and made things right, following up daily until they were resolved.
Cheryl, Sean, and Kenny were wonderful! After a few weeks of going back and forth with the banks for a car I really wanted, they made it happen for me. It was an easy experience!
Not sure when they moved to a call center to book an appointment, but made an appointment a few weeks in advance to be told since I wasn't on the schedule they wouldn't take me. So much for a luxury service, better off going to another location.

Service advisor Daniel is AMAZING! My friend got a flat tire on the road next to the dealership and he came out to us 30 minutes before they closed and insisted he fix it for us. Amazing man!

I had a decent experience dealing with Jaguar Ocala. The sales rep was responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. I only give them 4 stars because I couldn't bring in my own financing. I had to go through their banks, as a result having multiple different banks going into my credit file and being forced to use a bank that does not accept electronic payments from my credit union, which is a bit of a hassle and I will most likely be refinancing because of it. Other than that I had a good experience.
