Three weeks ago my wife and I were looking to trade in my wife BMW suv. We walk in after been referred by friends to contact Rene. He was off that day but asked Abner to help us out. Abner had customers scheduled but asked us not to leave since he want it to help us choose and test drive any vehicles we like. He went out of his way and did show us a few cars and we decided on one f pacer suv but it was late and express that we will return next day since he was still taking care of his scheduled customers. Next day we met Rene and both of this gentleman did help us out and we just didn’t purchased one but two vehicles. We were treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and friendliness and in deed a very good experience.

Worst place ever, I been there 3 time and had the worst experience ever, I Almost prefer to drive to Miami for service or sell my car not to deal with this place or my service advisor Trevor. Last time in was there 2 weeks ago they scratch the car i pointed it out to my service advisor and he said nothing and let me drive off. Terrible!

I scheduled my appointment to view and possibly test drive vehicles on Wednesday at 6 pm (ET), selected a vehicle before leaving that same evening and I was finished with all the paperwork and driving away in my new vehicle at 1 pm (ET) the next day. All in all, it took about 18 hours for me to select and purchase a vehicle.

I worked with Rene Palacios, and he ensured the process was informative, efficient and transparent. He responded to all my questions and provided information on multiple vehicles. Everyone I interacted with were professional, courteous and respectful of this new COVID environment. I would recommend Rene and this dealership to anyone interested in viewing and purchasing a vehicle. Great overall experience.

Rene P at Jaguar Orlando was amazing. My shopping experience was relaxing, informative and smooth. No up sale or attempts to overcharge or sell me extras. I love my brand new JAGUAR F-PACE PREMIUM. I'm a member of JAGUAR ELITE for life.

I have just driven home my new car, 2017 Jaguar XE with less than 19,000 miles, perfect condition, gorgeous red car with white interior. My saleslady was Alice Munn who did a fabulous job for me from our first conversation until I drove the car off of the Jaguar of Orlando lot. Alice is knowledgable of the vehicles she sells and willing to go to the manager to get approval on the items I asked about. I could not be a more satisfied customer, everyone I worked with their was a great employee. The management has done well to select such great employees. Thank you

Brought my car in due to the engine making a funny noise. It took them a week just to figure out what was wrong with the car. Was not provided with a loaner for the first few days so had to uber everywhere. Once they figured out what was wrong, I was told two more weeks (3 weeks total). To shorten the story, I went over a month without my car, which is leased (so had to pay my lease payment to drive an inferior car). When I turned the car in, there was no light or indication that there was battery issues. After about 3-4 weeks, I get a call stating my battery is so bad that they can't even drive it a mile down the road.but it'll be $340 to replace it, which is outrageous even for a luxury vehicle (found the battery online for $200). Would have given a one star but Trevor, my service advisor, did provide quality service and was patient and calm when I was irate. This was my first jaguar and will definitely be my last.

The service at Jaguar Orlando is top notch! Everyone I dealt with is professional and knowledgeable. Everything is explained to me and they keep you informed of the progress being made.

I want to start of by saying the dealership is beyond clean and super nice staff. My experience came with a sales man. Rene not only did he know his vehicle and information but also his best interest is in the customer and he definitely help me make a better choice and I ended up buying a vehicle from him (dealership). I have to say if anybody comes to this dealership ask for this salesman you won't regret it.

Charles was great. In and out quickly, hassle free with paperwork, very relaxed. Charles explained everything very simply and the service department even took the initiative to correct an additional problem they found WHILE fixing the concern I came in about! I will definitely be back, and I will definitely ask for Charles.

Gentleman really didn't want to assist us. We were in a rental and i suppose he figured we couldn't afford their product. The only reason I gave them two stars is because another salesman did speak to us when we were getting ready to leave.

When you are treated by the service advisor almost like family, it goes a long way. Norris is an asset to the dealership.

I was only in the service department for approximately 10 mins this morning. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Brandon corrected an issue I was having on my XF in like 5 mins. Thank you again Brandon

Worked with Mr. Hector Rosario and Mr. Rene Palacios and cant say enough good things about them. Mr. Rosario and Mr. Palacios went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the buying process and my wife is happy with her new car.

Extremely disappointed in the service department. Initially I was told repairs would take 2 hours, in actuality it took 5 days. I was without a car and constantly had to contact my service advisor. Each time I spoke with the advisor I was told it would be ready the next day. Finally went to pickup my car after I was promised the dealership would arrange transport. And the car was filthy! Why buy a luxury car when this is the treatment you receive? Wish I could give zero stars.

Jaguar Orlando continues to impress with their relaxed approach to service. There is information provided, advice on recommendations, and then the customer chooses whether or not to take action based on those recommendations. Truly the way all customer experiences should be handled!
