Jaguar St. Petersburg Service

It was a Saturday afternoon and I had a battery issue in my 2020 Jaguar F-Pace. I was going to take a road trip on Monday and needed my car fixed.
Sara Cribbs and her team at Crown Jaguar in St. Pete helped us out big time. We got the car to her by noon and was done by about 4pm. Replaced the battery and did some other required maintenance.
My advice is simple- if you have a Jaguar and need service- call directly to Crown and ask for Sara. She is very responsive and will take care of everything. Thank you Sara and the Crown team!

Worked with Brooks Falzone today and he provided me excellent information concerning the service to my F-Pace. Always attentive to his customers and great customer care.

My annual maintenance appointment was due, and my jaguar was inspected, battery replaced under warranty and found out my rear rotors and brake pads were low. The technician so kindly along with Brooks showed it to me and I actually learned more about my high-performance crossover. When I drove it, I could actually feel the difference in the braking power. Brooks is always patient, kind and professional. Thanks for great service for my Jaguar!

I worked with Brooks Falzone. He is prompt and professional. Land Rover St Pete is top notch when it comes to customer service.

Took my XF in for my 1st annual service and dealt with Brooks Falzone in the service department. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helped out with a little issue that I had with the car that wasn’t part of the service. Very happy with how quick they were and they will continue to be where we bring our Jag for service.

I recently took my car into St Petersburg Jaguar to have the windows tinted. Sara in the service center was over the top professional and helpful. If you need car service, Sara would be my first choice as your representative.

I just had my vehicle in for service and it was the best experience I have had here! My service representative, Mike, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above the call of duty. I was going out of town the day my car would be ready and he graciously allowed me to leave the car there until my return. During that time, they continued to check one issue that would not replicate (instead of just letting it sit) and when I returned, he gave me the update and advised that the part needed was on order and when my car would be ready. To put the cherry on top, he had the car delivered to me at work; making it possible for me to get the car back that day without missing more work!

The Service at Jaguar St. Petersburg is always friendly and communicates well I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that this is the 2nd time I brought my 2022 f-type for the same problem. It was misdiagnosed the first time. The second time they got it right and fixed my problem.
