I went to Dr. James for a second opinion about two teeth that supposed needed two crowns. I had different dentists throughout the years and I was not convinced they had my best interest at heart.
I am so grateful I found Dr. James and his team! Since the second opinion he has been honest and professional. I didn’t needed the crowns after all! I go to the dentist now confident that the practice will do their job above and beyond, that they actually care for my dental health.
I recommend Dr. James to everyone who ask me for a dentist. Ciara is always exceptional! It’s so difficult nowadays to find a health care professionals who actually care for your health! I am so blessed my family and I found Dr. James and his team!

Before going to James Family Dentistry I had horrific experiences. When I went to my appointment at James Family Dentistry I explained to the staff that I was terrified and they were very empathetic and caring. I am no longer afraid of the dentist lol they did an amazing job. The staff was caring, kind, and great at what they do. My teeth were in bad shape and needed and still need a lot of work but they look amazing after my appointment and I can’t wait to go back to finish making the rest look great. The staff was very friendly and professional. This was our first visit and they answered any questions we had. The doctor was OUTSTANDING. Our son is handicapped and cannot speak but he understands any instructions. The doctor talked directly with our son and made sure he understood what was being said. All future procedures and costs were discussed. We were pleasantly surprised and decided right away that we wanted this practice to handle future dental work.

I have been a patient of Dr. James since he came. I have always been satisfied with the way business has been conducted and the staff has always been very helpful. I would recommend James Dentistry to anyone that reads this message.

Do not let him put implants in. Three implants fell out 3 times. Very painful. After he drilled into my sinus the last time, I quit going to him. He reimbursed me partially for them but I am stuck with one implant that has to be surgically removed by a specialist now at my own cost. Most people I tell about this asks me why he didn’t reimburse me totally. Good question!

My wife and I continue to enjoy, if you can enjoy a visit to the dentist, James Family Dentistry.
